A couple of years ago, we faced the difficult task of organizing a memorial for my brother, and we chose the Formula Garage in Houston as the venue. From the very beginning, the experience was made truly memorable and heartfelt by the owner himself. They went above and beyond to ensure the day was as special as it could be under such challenging circumstances. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference.
What made the experience even more meaningful was the incredible display of McLaren cars at the venue. McLaren happens to be our last name, and my brother and I always shared a deep love for the brand. We would often joke and argue over who would be the first to buy one. Seeing those sleek, powerful cars lined up at the Formula Garage was an unexpected yet deeply personal touch that felt like a tribute to our shared dreams. I could almost feel his presence there, smiling and nudging me as if to say, “I told you I’d win.”
Not only did we host the memorial at the Formula Garage, but we also rented the adjoining home for our immediate family to spend the night together. This gave us the opportunity to share more time and reflect on the cherished memories we held of my brother. The house was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and filled with unique touches that felt so fitting. My brother would have loved it; it truly felt like a space that honored his spirit and passions.
Although it was an incredibly emotional day, the atmosphere and care provided by the host made it easier to navigate. The venue itself was immaculate, with a warmth and energy that allowed us to celebrate my brother’s life in the way he deserved. The staff and owner turned what could have been an unbearably difficult day into one filled with love, meaning, and even a few smiles; and for that I will always be grateful.

Amazing set up hidden behind the most happening street in Houston. Museum with cars, arcade with VR was a hit for hosting a milestone birthday… had enough to play , gather and have fun for an entire day. The team was , accommodative , engaged and responsive from the time of inquiry, through our event and after.Great venue for an all day event / retreat… with enough indoor that is open and airy,and patio space overlooking the evening skyline..would go back.great place for short stay since they have bedrooms as well.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! This place was even more stunning in person. We found it at the last minute for a photo/video shoot and was able to bring the family together, cook and have a great time. The service was phenomenal, we had quick responses from the team and amazing price. ?

My experience at Formula Garage was very positive. From beginning to end, everything went smoothly and well. Chris was especially great - helpful, professional, and friendly. The venue itself was clean and well-appointed and my son had a great time celebrating his graduation. The arcade and beautiful cars are a teenage boy's dream!

I had my husband's retirement party at Formula Garage this past Saturday, May 20th and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding level of customer service provided.All of my questions were promptly and throughly addressed. The property manager, Chris L. has the most positive, cordial and agreeable personality I have ever experienced. He is so friendly and informative. It is a true pleasure working with him.I recommend this venue and will definitely use them again.I would also like to add that the Owner, Sri is just as awesome. He listens to you and takes the steps to ensure his customers are happy and satisfied. Thank you Formula Garage. My husband and I appreciate your services and usage of your venue.

Visited Houston for the Final Four, Sri and his team were very accommodating! The place is fitted out nicely with car memorabilia and comfortable furniture. Nice to have a private space, close to downtown and good eats.

I recently hosted my boyfriend's 25th birthday party at Formula Garage, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of incredible! The space is absolutely unique and impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was successful.Chris, the manager, was exceptional in helping me bring my vision of a poker night theme to life. The venue even provided us with a few poker tables to use, and they connected us with dealers and a bartender for the evening. Sri, the owner, was also a pleasure to work with and was always responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns.During the party, two employees were present to make sure everything ran smoothly, and they did a fantastic job. Our group of around 40 guests had an absolute blast. Everyone was thoroughly impressed with the game room we rented out for an additional but affordable price. We even hired a photographer to capture all the special moments, and we're thrilled with how everything turned out.Overall, Formula Garage is an outstanding venue, and I was very excited to hear about its upcoming expansion. If you're looking for a place to WOW your guests, this is the place to do it! You won't be disappointed. I hope to work with Sri and his team again in the future!

Great Place.. Hospitality from the property manager and the owner was phenomenal. This is a must see and a must stay. Had a birthday gathering here and guest loved it as well. Loved the place and the communication from both manager Chris and the owner. Will be coming back.

This place was wonderful for our group to gather and celebrate! We had to switch places very last minute and they were beyond accommodating and so very kind! It was the perfect spot for our group/team time event!

This is a great space to host a larger group. Great outdoor space with patio to even have multiple food trucks or catering if wanted/needed. It was clean and inviting!! They even accommodated our group of about 100 on the day of, amazing hosts!!
