I was at the Fossil store at the Galleria today and had a most beautiful experience. Cool atmosphere and I was attended to promptly. Angelica took her time to resize my Fossil wrist watch which was actually a wedding gift, she was so friendly and polite!

I came here to fix the links on 2 of my watches, was greeted as soon as I walked in, and directed to the back so I could be helped. Lady was super nice and quick, and it was free of charge. The store was very clean, and anytime I was interested in something an employee would be glad to tell me more about the item. 5 stars.

What a WONDERFUL experience at the Fossil store in The Galleria mall.
We visited the store Tuesday, August 5th at about 8:30 p.m. and we were helped by such delightful and helpful salespeople!
My son needed a watch for school and was leaving in a few days overseas and the staff was so helpful in finding him a watch.
We were a little nervous since it was close to closing time but the 2 people in the store were so helpful and patient with him and even took the time to engrave his watch with his name, even after the closing time.
So happy with the service and the selection of watches, he found what he wanted at a great price point for a great watch!

TY was vey welcoming , knowlegable and friendly. I saw a handbag in the window. We decided to walk into the store. He's amazing customer service .We purchased the handbag and wallet. I've walked in luxury store in the mall. I haven't received great custom service like this.

I must give honor where honor is due.,.,. The two brothers that genuinely provide service at this location assisted me in restoring my bckpac that had not fulfilled the Fossil brand of quality. Unexpectedly they provided me with the most precious gift which is the unexpected. I want to publicly thank them for being a part of my manifestation journey in this NewAge.
