Did a pretty simple tax return in 2019. Wanted it done professionally to ensure correct completion. Agent messed up, and had to sort out a rejection in 2019 and fix the paperwork to get things in order. Today in 2021 I'm still working around the error made by this agent. Worst $400 I ever spent.
