“Ms Rosa really saved the day.
I made an appointment to do my taxes for 11:30am and got there a few minutes early. They were short staffed and when the receptionist showed up she must have not checked me in correctly because after more than an hour I got a message that my appointment was now for 1pm. Well it was just passed 1pm and there was still one person in line before me. That’s when Ms Rosa came out and said even though I was scheduled with the other tax analyst, she would go ahead and take me now because I had been waiting for so long. She was super nice and it was painless doing my taxes with her. I was a bit annoyed from waiting but her attitude really calmed me down and by the end of the appointment we were all smiles and laughs. Thanks again Ms Rosa!”
