“I cannot say enough positive things about this accounting firm. From the moment I started working with them, they have been incredibly responsive and helpful. Whenever I call, they answer immediately and not only address my questions, but also take the time to assist me with any issues I may be facing. “We interviewed 3 different companies to help us clear up and clean up after taking over another company's account and portfolio. APM responded faster WITH A LIVE PERSON, (thank you, Tanisha!) and set up our interview for the very next morning. During that interview, Tanisha scheduled our review and we met with the amazing Rayne TWO HOURS LATER! Rayne gave our system a very thorough review and they had a cost and time estimate to us THAT SAME DAY with ZERO judgement for the condition of our accounting! Rayne reviewed our system in real time on a video chat, face-to-face. Her efficiency was remarkable!! And then told me she could get it done in one work day! (I expected at least a month for someone very efficient) She must work long days (like me), the report says 10.5 hours. Tanisha did NOT try to upsell me, she only pointed out (after listening to the conversation with Rayne) that there is one service that might benefit us. She did her due diligence in letting me know that they also offer things like reconciliation, invoice, etc, but said we seem to have that under control, and if things ever changed, they offer those services. I LOVE that there are so many a la carte services...truly customized to our strong and WEAK spots! This all happened yesterday, I signed the proposal today (Thursday) and collected missing documents that Rayne needs....I'm SOOO excited to start next week with perfect accounting! Other companies had a goal to get it done by the end of the year and couldn't even review for another 2 weeks, and since their employees were in the Philippines, we would communicate mostly by email! If you need it done efficiently and appreciate timely responses. THIS is the company that delivers!”

11200 Westheimer Road Suite 510, Houston TX 77042
“Not to be confused with Beeskeeping, whic his more dangerous.Having been here on several occasions, I'd say that it's one of the more reliable options in this building full of great little local businesses. We need new options for taxes starting now, and this is close to the top of the shortlist.Located on Westheimer, in a large round building that is visible for a mile in any direction or thereabouts, known as Westheimer Central Plaza. This is central to my thinking when it comes to writing reviews today. This is a beautiful building that is circular and very eye-catching and seems to stand alone in this part of Houston, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm proud of it being part of the Westchase skyline, and it offers amazing visuals, and hopefully nobody builds anything around it to mess it upm because it's a little bit of a barren stretch of Westheimer, and it punctuates the monotony with a very gorgeous building.”

“Ms Rosa really saved the day. I made an appointment to do my taxes for 11:30am and got there a few minutes early. They were short staffed and when the receptionist showed up she must have not checked me in correctly because after more than an hour I got a message that my appointment was now for 1pm. Well it was just passed 1pm and there was still one person in line before me. That’s when Ms Rosa came out and said even though I was scheduled with the other tax analyst, she would go ahead and take me now because I had been waiting for so long. She was super nice and it was painless doing my taxes with her. I was a bit annoyed from waiting but her attitude really calmed me down and by the end of the appointment we were all smiles and laughs. Thanks again Ms Rosa!”

“Sam has great customer service and very deep understanding of the tax code. Our companies’ accounts were with another CPA and we were late in bringing our financials to him. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was correct and that we file before the deadline even with the tight timeline he was given. I should add, our company has multiple moving parts and several K1s to be produced. He kept excellent professionalism throughout with a calm demeanor and helped us through the process.”
