They are very rude for no apparent reason, I walked in and was not greeted properly and they was going back and forth about who was going to do my nails before they even knew what I wanted done. Would not recommend anyone to spend there money with them.

I absolutely never leave reviews unless people are just absolutely horrible towards me. I stayed here and waited for 20 minutes only for the person to tell me ig will take 1 hour more and then left the nail spa crying and wasting my time. Please dont come here i hope these miserable women get what they deserve

Definitely not the best in the business. Great for kids to get nails done. The lady's are much much older and not up to date with the latest trends and or productsfor acrylic nails.
My pedicure was great tho!

I never leave reviews but today it was more than needed. I had a dental appt for brownstone and arrived early so I decided to stop here and get a refill. When the other lady called the lady to do my nails from the back she was slow to move and acted as if she didn’t want to be bothered. She asked me what do I want and I told her a refill. She had me sit at the station then answered a call and walked off on the phone. She came back and I told her I just wanted a refill with with clear powder and to paint them white, she insisted that since I hade colored powder I had to get the powder to match. I said no problem she started to file my nails and when she got on my thumb she filed to low and it hurt. My natural reaction was to snatch my hand back. 2 of my nails were not filed down enough and you could still see the smoothness so I asked her if she could go over those. She told me since in know how to do nails she have filed them for me and I can go home and finish. This lady got up and walked off. I responded in disbelief so you’re not going to finish my nails and she said no. This place is empty, it was only 1 person being serviced, this is so unprofessional and she was rude. Seems to be racist. I wouldn’t recommend this place to paint a dog’s nail in this case!

They need to be reported to the health department. They use old brushes and the tools aren't sanitized. They gave me a cut, manicure was absolutely horrible and still charged full price. I had them remove it and it looks so bad aside from my fingernails hurting. Never coming back here again

They are rude as ever went twice to get a refill and both times it was empty and they told me they couldn't do them. The excuse the second time was that one of them were sick and laying down in the back which is unsanitary and not safe for customers who come in to get lashes done and have to lay on that same table. Will Never visit there again!

Rude and cranky lady was angry the whole process and didn't even come close to design requested. Seemed to use the least product for acrylic nails & the gel was super patchy. Don't compromise quality for the cheap price... it's not worth it. Not sanitary and to be honest seems pretty dirty.Services: Pedicure
