My wife and daughters experience at Franka Braiding Salon was very pleasant. She called at the last minute to schedule a same day appointment and Franka took care of them with her braiders. She was so impressed because her hair was completed in a little bit under 5 hours. The ladies were very kind and professional. They were gentle with my girls and offered them snacks and juice. She was as well very impressed about the cleanliness of the space. My family will definitely be back. I will be recommending friends and family too!Services: Braids

This place is awesome. I called and spoke to Franka and she was very polite and helpful. I’m huge on customer service and she was definitely giving it. I took my 10 year old daughter in for an 8am appointment and no lie, they took her immediately. No wait time. They were done with her medium knotless box braids in 3 hrs. No lie. I couldn’t believe it. The quality of the braids were so neat and they listened to me when I expressed about not wanting the far end of the edges to be pulled in. The place was clean and the ambiance was nice. They now have a new found customer. Pricing wasn’t too bad either.Service: Box Braids

We are new to the Cypress area and were looking for a braiding salon. We found this location and I immediately called. Ms. Franka, she was professional and a delight to talk to. I made 2 appointments; 1 for my daughter the other for me. Ms. Kiki did a fantastic job. She did crochet braids, the best I probably ever had. She did single braids for my daughter who’s never had braids and is very tenderheaded. We have found our place and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a good environment for you and your children, not to mention professional and on time.Services: Braids

They did a great job in making me feel very comfortable the shop was VERY clean and the setting was comfy. My hair turned out really cute (before I share know all hair is different) BUT when I took the braids out ALL my edges came out with the braids??? BUT know this, FRANKA is still the best she called me and made me aware whatever she can do she will do. This took the frustration I was having about my edges clean out the window for me because she actually reached out personally and was very apologetic!!!!!!! It is hard to get great customer service in today's world and she went above and beyond with that move. Will I go back??? YES, if I could give this shop higher than a 5 star she would have it because she won the impress of the year award with that phone call. So satisfied with my hair and service. I am very particular about who does my hair but Franka was super friendly, on time and amazing at what she does. If you need braids and you need them done in a precise and timely manner, get with her. She got me in a few hours after I made the appointment and made it happen! I got medium knotless mid-back braids.
