The moment I arrived there I didnt feel comfortable. The guy fernado wasnt professional at all. If I tell u what I am interested in thats common sense I have the money for a down payment He didnt offer us to test drive or nothing he replied once youre approved then u can test drive. I HAVE never heard of anything like that. He stated someone will call us back on Friday Noone called. I had to call them to get an update. The reviews are true I will never come back to this place or refer noone here. Very unprofessional place. The same day we got approve for a 2024 bmw with just 500 down. Your advertising is misleading 495 down is for junk not luxury so stop advertising falsly.

please don't come to this car lot. I put 2,500 down on a vehicle and it's only been four months and I am without a vehicle. Within the week off putting that much money down the car lit up like a Christmas tree. I begged for my money back they told me no. I asked them to fix the vehicle they told me no. I was paying $600 a month for a car that was barley working. They repossessed the vehicle and trying to resell it knowing it has issues. It looks cleaner than when I purchased it. I came in to get a letter stating I no longer have the vehicle they wouldn't give it to me and the manager called the police on me because I was reading him his rights. I wasn't even trying to argue I just needed a letter....

This dealership is so bad they give you fake prices and lie about it the day of when you go to pick up your car. It has been weeks and they continuously lead you on as if you will get the car but you wont get it anyways. DO NOT COME HERE if you value your time or your money. They will keep changing the prices and honestly this place is very shady.

False advertisement! Will have you come and waste your time just to get you to their lot and ask for and extra $1k-$2k down. Told them my situation just to waste $60 in over and hours out my day. DON’T waste your time

The Guy was nice but they do not do in house financing, they advertise it on signs and in their website. If you have bad credit , please do not waste your time, go to a better dealership for the down payment that they ask for. Like I said the guy was nice but wasted both of our time. I told him I had bad credit and came for the in house financing. He ran my credit anyways and came to me with a 2000 down payment for 20k car. I wanted a car no more than 6-10k. Which I already know a finance company won’t finance a cheaper car like that. Hence is why I wanted the in house financing!
Just a big waste of time.
