This Bank is for customer only. If a company with a account here at frost bank issue you a check do not accept it. frost bank will not cash it unless you have an account with them. That SUCKS BIG TIME. That company was mad and sad when I moved my business to some else. They loss.

Not a good bank at all haven’t even got paid yet my company paid them but I’m out of money for days because they couldn’t say they had a holiday so now I’m out of money can’t buy groceries naw going back to checks this bank is not worth it

Worst frost bank location I’ve ever been too!! I was recently there to withdraw money. While in line I transferred money from one of my accounts to another. When I sent all my Information up for my withdrawal the teller took a really long time. So I asked was their a problem and she said she had to verify my account with a manger which was weird but ok. Then she took several more minutes. I rang the bell again to ask what was wrong she said that she needed to verify my account because I had an internet transaction that she said I didn’t make. When she was really talkin about me transferring funds INTERNALLY from one account to another. I made that transfer! And she’s accusing me of I don’t know what! So I go inside the bank to do the withdrawal with no problem im in and out within 5 mins. TODAY I get a call from I guess a manager from the bank telling me that I made a slur at the teller and I need to apologize or else she’s going to close all my accounts! Like first of all you can’t do that! I called frost bank higher up and reported all
of this! I will follow up with your guys! Don’t use this frost location! My first bad experience at a frost bank and I’ve been with them for years!

I stand inside for withdraw money in 5 minutes and the staffs here didn’t care or asking me anything “can I help you”
Very disappointed with this location
Management needs to look at the cameras today Dec 02 around 1:25 - 1:30pm for better service
I even asked a lady I need help and she said she’s not ready 😊

I have to go to drive through to get cash while they’re talking to each other

How this bank has good reviews is beyond me. As a company, their goal is to waste your time. I tried to open a bank account with them online but they said they couldn't verify my identity. So, I had to call them over the phone but after getting bounced to three different agents they told me I had to do it at a local branch. They told me all I had to bring was my driver's license but after going to a local branch they said they needed a utility bill and my social security card. Further, they write your private and sensitive information down on a blank white sheet of printer paper and keep it for themselves, saying that they're going to shred it afterwards. If they can't give you the right information about opening an account, what's to make one trust them to take care of that. I'm glad I found out now rather than having to go around and getting my identity stolen because of their poor practice. Sure, they'll answer the phone but I'm sure they're pretty reckless with your personal information.

The people in this bank were so rude. They let me stand and wait for almost 15 before even asking what I needed. There was one other Customer there so it wasn't busy. I felt invisible for approximately 15. They treated me as if I were wrong for coming to the bank, maybe because it was a very rainy day the workers felt tired. I'm not sure, nor do I even care. What I do know is that this bank does not have good customer service and I have closed all accounts with them. If you do bank here, do not go to this location because it isn't for everyone. Terrible customer service. I wish I didn't have to give it that one star because it actually deserve zero.

Frost is the absolute best when it comes to service. I feel so appreciated every time I walk into one of their branches. Much better than their bigger competition which rhymes with “Shase”. But really though, you get personalized service and it’s not robotic like other larger banks. I’ll likely be with Frost forever!
