How this bank has good reviews is beyond me. As a company, their goal is to waste your time. I tried to open a bank account with them online but they said they couldn't verify my identity. So, I had to call them over the phone but after getting bounced to three different agents they told me I had to do it at a local branch. They told me all I had to bring was my driver's license but after going to a local branch they said they needed a utility bill and my social security card. Further, they write your private and sensitive information down on a blank white sheet of printer paper and keep it for themselves, saying that they're going to shred it afterwards. If they can't give you the right information about opening an account, what's to make one trust them to take care of that. I'm glad I found out now rather than having to go around and getting my identity stolen because of their poor practice. Sure, they'll answer the phone but I'm sure they're pretty reckless with your personal information.

The people in this bank were so rude. They let me stand and wait for almost 15 before even asking what I needed. There was one other Customer there so it wasn't busy. I felt invisible for approximately 15. They treated me as if I were wrong for coming to the bank, maybe because it was a very rainy day the workers felt tired. I'm not sure, nor do I even care. What I do know is that this bank does not have good customer service and I have closed all accounts with them. If you do bank here, do not go to this location because it isn't for everyone. Terrible customer service. I wish I didn't have to give it that one star because it actually deserve zero.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at this bank. Robert has always been very helpful and kind (and patient!). I highly recommend it.

Frost is the absolute best when it comes to service. I feel so appreciated every time I walk into one of their branches. Much better than their bigger competition which rhymes with “Shase”. But really though, you get personalized service and it’s not robotic like other larger banks. I’ll likely be with Frost forever!

Great service, great facility, complimentary meeting space, coffee, water, cookies, and a coke. I love going into this bank. I feel safe and secure and that my money is in good hands. The only suggestion is sometimes I don't feel like there is a lot of privacy when I am dealing with account concerns. I would suggest that they offer a private area.

My experience walking through the door was nice it actually opened up right before me. I was greeted by a lady at the counter who was very nice and polite. I inquired about opening an account and she assured me that she would be able to help. Then, someone walks up by the name of Daniel (the only reason I know his name is because that's what the lady called him). She asks him if he can help he said "sure." I follow him into a small office room with a round table. Well at least that's what I assume it's used for. Daniel then begins asking questions which are pretty normal in the beginning but then suddenly I feel like I'm being interrogated. Daniel then says he doesn't feel comfortable with opening the account. His reasons are because I asked for a temp card the same day. And that I have too many accounts at other banks. Daniel and I have now begun arguing with each other over my personal business. This is coming from a guy who never even introduced himself to me who doesn't have on a name tag just caries around a laptop. (I don't even know who you are or your position) I worked at Wells Fargo bank for two years as a personal banker in the "lower income" area and I've never treated any of my customers the way Daniel has treated me. I later found out his name because I asked him. Daniel Sexton has terrible customer service. I had on work attire and a name badge so you can clearly see where I work. I came to set up direct deposit because I just got a new job. But it seems Daniel Sexton had an issue with me personally. Buddy you need to go back to training and find out how to provide customer service. He kept saying build a relationship with the bank like he was quoting the mission statement. If your the person I have to deal with at a bank then No Hell No I don't want to build a relationship with this bank. Yes I'm a black man with visible tattoos and I have more than one bank. Customer service goes a long way and for a bank that's "growing" you first need to find the right people with the right skills and Can provide CUSTOMER SERVICE!
