Walked in to make a deposit. Women at the front said first I need to fill out a deposit slip. No problem I will fill that out for you. A man walks in dressed the same as me and says this is his first time at this location and wants to make a withdrawal. The women began to help him first and fill out the slip for him. Every other frost is amazing this is the first time I ever seen this. Maybe I'm ugly. The gentleman in there swept in a saved the day and took care of me thoroughly and I appreciate that.

The best customer service I ever received from a bank! The person that helped me was Odesseas Daramouskas! Competent and polite and patient! He knew exactly what to do and what to say! I appreciate him a whole bunch! Frost bank should be feeling super lucky to have an employee like him ! Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart! ?

Frost I was afraid. I was petrified. Like wood. This is a decent and workable bank if you're in the Spring Branch area and need this sort of facility. They are big chain of course, but they're friendly and get the job done. We're opening a few new bank accounts, and this is one of the main ones were considering now.

This is the most unprofessional bank ever been to Kendra the manager had the cold heart So I went to a different location on Sheppard and spoke to Justin made $550 in deposits ordered a Box of checks and told him of my experiences Spring branch well I guess he in kenda are friends because I'm all the sudden they decide they want to close my account I think that is very biassed and I will be getting my lawyer involved if the issue this is not resolved because I have not done anything to not deserve an account there Kendra should not be the boss of anybody and Justin is following the wrong leader I will be taking this all the way to the top and I will be getting by gay activist's lawyer I never Beg anyone to take my money. I will be speaking Denise Kendra, yes thats right your bossnd camera and everything will be reviewed and you should not be the boss of anybody and you should not be in charge of anything and I am going all the way to the top and I making very formal complaint you mess with the wrong person for nothing.. hope it was worth it
