I LOVE FROST BUT THIS LOCATION IS LAZY!!! I use my account and this bank for too long and I have a business account for them not to meet my needs of helping me PUT MORE MONEY IN THE BANK. Very unprofessional, I should join a new bank and I’m in montrose paying MORE in living.

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent experiences at your branch, specifically in relation to Mr. Steve's customer service. Unfortunately, I have encountered a consistent pattern where Mr. Steve does not acknowledge me upon my arrival, which I find quite upsetting. On multiple occasions, I have observed that he appears to be preoccupied, even when there are no customers in front of him.
It is disheartening to see that when customers of different backgrounds enter, they receive a warm greeting and prompt assistance, while my visits have not been met with the same courtesy.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed, as I believe that all customers deserve equal treatment and respect. I value your branch and hope to see improvements in customer interactions going forward.

It was such a pleasure speaking Jonica and Shannon at this beautiful location. I felt welcomed and valued as a new customer..love the ambiance at this branch. Shannon brought me coffee that was delicious. I love my new bank FROST..
