I called this branch while my usual bankers were busy to find some answers regarding a business account. I was connected with Trent and was beyond grateful for his fluent responses and giving me peace of mind when starting a new account. Big thank you to Trent for helping me out and being so polite. I plan to staying with frost for as long as I can now because of the upstanding hospitality even over a simple phone call. 🖤

I absolutely love Frost Bank been with y’all for years but the way I was treated at this location today really made me feel horrible I walked in and spoke to the bank tellers it was a Hispanic man and a Short Asian woman neither one of them spoke back but a white man came in right after and was greeted with such warmth… I’m a black woman by the way so you already know how this was perceived…

The African American manager standing at the reception desk was horrendous was here late afternoon ... feels like she barely wants to work(think again wondering why they only have one review here because all the bad reviews were deleted)

Wonderful bank . Much better than every other bank I have used in the past. They were the first to have a really good app, the only bank at the time with debit card secure doors, one of the few that can print a debit card on site. I love Frost!!!

Amazing staff, I’ve stayed away from conventional banks over the last few years , had a bad experience with my previous bank. I opened this account a few months back and I’ve absolutely loved the experience. Ms Asia sets the bar for amazing customer service, couldn’t ask for a more friendly and helpful staff…
