The lady who doesn’t speak English is very rude because she doesn’t understand what I’m trying to tell her as far as my clothes don’t need 30 min drying and since the dryers are set to free because of their promo she took it upon herself to stop my clothes after having my money in her hand like what are you doing telling me the small dryers are $2 for 30 min like what she got frustrated cause she’s unable to explain to me my clothes are falling out the dryer at this point it’s like you have my money in your hand what the hell are you doing

the lady working on weekends is so rude, i understand i'm not allowed in after 9 and that’s fine but in this case, the worker wouldn’t let me in even when it was 8:30 And Was yelling at me and aggressively pointing at a piece of paper that I wasn’t allowed in. I’ve heard this complaint From others as well. Please hire the right staff

??✔️✔️UPDATE: The owner's response is a total lie. I have a wItness and pictures to prove it. I also have my email of the money I spent and can pull my bank statement. I am not a competitor, I am a disgruntled customer who has been scammed. The owner has made no attempt to contact me. I will gladly share my proof with anyone that wants to see it. If the owner wanted to make things right, he would reimburse me for at least the washes, even though I also have loss from ruined clothes. His arrogant response without even trying to resolve the issue, just proves to me he doesn't care that he is cheating people. So now he is gaslighting me!✔️✔️??ORIGINALI spent $85 on 11 loads and ended up with clothes with oil spots. Many pieces are ruined, and all the rest will have to be washed again somewhere else because they didn’t get washed and came out smelling like a wet dog. The water would not fill the machines. The lady there said to add water with a bucket she had at the sink. We added about 10 buckets per load, but there still was no water in the machines. There were no suds, and she told me to add detergent. I added 4 times the recommended amount and still had no suds because there was no water. The lady said she had notified the owner that the hot water wasn't working and the cold water wasn't filling the machines, but nothing had been done about it. There weren't many racks to get your clothes out of the dryers. While we were folding clothes, we saw several women having the same problems with the machines and adding water with a bucket. The poor lady had nothing she could do but listen to everyone complain. I will never go there again, it was money thrown away.

This is my to go place to wash. It’s very roomy and place is super clean. The employees there are all so nice. Machines are still really new and they have free dry with wash.
