Galleria MRI & Diagnostic is a diagnostic imaging center and pain management facility. The office staff are very kind, courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The paperwork is very easy and all digital, with a simple quick check in and out. The facility is clean. The doctors and MRI technicians are kind, patient, and explain options and procedure steps very well. The appointment with the doctor is quick. Some reviewers note the place can be very overcrowded, especially post COVID, and there is a need to work on the scheduling. One reviewer experienced a significant delay where appointments were not seen in order. However, the overall experiences described are decent and good. Multiple reviewers recommend this place for your imaging needs, citing the professional and very nice staff who make patients feel comfortable.
The whole staff is very friendly and attentive.Very easy paperwork (all digital!) and quick check-in. The MRI technician was very kind and patient with me during the procedure. Highly recommend and will go back if needed in the future
