What kind of business sees people waiting in line for 30+ minutes outside for a well known release only to tell everyone on opening that they have no stock?
At least they opened on time, but still, absurd that they did not put up a sign that they didn't have the product.

Manager is rude and very snarky.. waited multiple minutes while he did busy work and chose not to ring me up with no other customers in the store. Not a good look for a consumer electronics store.

Stopped by at 2:50pm on a weekday. Door was locked nobody was in the store. Unprofessional not staying open during their posted hours.

I come in every once in a while and each time the particular worker i always deal with is always rude and lazy. Came to the store 30mins after open and he still hadnt unlocked the doors. Each request from him was like pulling teeth. Super condescending on the topic of pre-ordering games. This kid is the main reason i take most my business to the target across the street.

1st time here was pretty chill & service was cool used to be my fave go to for anything i needed. but most recent experience they def do not like doing RETURNS. even with all brand new unopened stuff w/ paper receipt, they made the return process hell & cranky for no reason. quit it
