I love and enjoy going to GameStop always have interesting games and new items but when I when I was sad bc I wanted to get this WWE game and when I went to buy it the guy sadly couldn't find it and he said that someone must have traded a PS4 case but inside the case was a ps5 game inside it. Sadly I didn't end up getting any WWE games bc they only had one but not for my console, I hope they restock on more WWE games. And they should also do tests on the game to make sure that everything is good, like no bugs or anything

Wouldn't give me my money back on a headset that doesn't work,purchased it new. Can't return or exchange iteam because I opened it,yet it doesn't work.

Employee Marc or Mark, however it’s spelled is not helpful at all with any system issues and has a lazy unwelcoming attitude. Manager is pretty nice.

Terrible business practices. They sold me a controller that didn’t hold a charge. I got a warranty and they said they couldn’t give me credit only another used controller. And another warranty would be extra. Order off Amazon and put these people out of business.

The employee named Gabriela gave me and my boyfriend attitude when he kindly asked for something on display that required to be unlocked. She looked at us rudely and was being impatient apart from that she put someone else account on the system and gave them our points. Very unprofessional of her
