Really bad customer service at this location. The employee started off normal until i told him i wanted to submit PSA cards for grading, and almost can feel his demeanor change. Off the back when he sees my top loaders he said "You can't submit if you don't have sleeve savers", I tried telling him about the promotion they have from the 17th to the 19th where gamestop provides those sleeves... he argued with me back and forth telling me "it was only for the 17th in store rip and ship".... we argued a bit and I finally gave up... at the end he tells me "you can buy the sleeves for 50 cents each".... I left and drove all the way to the Katy mills mall to submit my 20 cards. MARIO WAS THE EMPLOYEE

This location had a wide variety of items from games to collectibles. I was assisted by a very kind associate who helped me select the right game for a gift - and it was a greatly received gift!!

This place sucks i bought a 8 dollars vbucks gift card and when i went to redeem it it says this card hasnt been activated meaning whichever idiot was working there didnt activate my card. so stupid this place is a scam

Worst GameStop. Employee named Barker is incredibly rude and condescending. Purchased games for granddaughter online. One defective and one not in box. Instead of exchanging the games after I dealt with customer service several times and another store that did not have the games in stock which incidentally sent me to this location. He decided to call customer service and have me deal with this some more. He definitely escalated my anger with GameStop instead of fixing this problem. Now I want to take the PS5 that I bought from GameStop for my Granddaughter as a Christmas present back and buy it from somewhere else. NEVER EVER SHOP AT GAMESTOP THEY ARE AWFUL I can understand why thy are going out of business
