I just want to say Jared turned a bad day into a good day! He was able to handle my complaint with a great attitude, and came to a resolution very proactively. He is a good example of a GameStop employee. Thanks Jared for making the experience a good one!

Abel was super friendly and helpful, great customer service! He was able to quickly look up whether they had the games I was looking for, and made sure to let me know about the 7 day return policy if anything was wrong with them. The store was clean and had a pretty good selection, better than the gamestop that is closer to me. I would definitely drive the extra distance to return to this location!

Unacceptable. Went in to purchase one deluxe version of a late-gen game. None were in stock. Which is fine and expected sometimes, but it certainly wasn't because it sold out. I keep wondering what the purpose of this shop is if it doesn't carry ALL of the latest video games in the latest generations. Sales assistant was curteous, but unhelpful and focused solely on selling me a different, unrelated product. It's a complete systematic failure of the merchant and Gamestop should transition to online-only it this is going to be the case. Please understand consumers will begin defaulting to ecommerce if this continues. I, myself, couldn't imagine returning to the store when I could have simply ordered the game to save the frustration. And I would have. I was just certain Gamestop would have the game.

Best Stop I've been to! David was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the games I bought were a good fit for my kids. He didn't rush me and offered valuable opinions on switch games and PS4. He knew all the current promotions and made sure I got the best value for my trade ins! Definitely go to this one! And hopefully you'll be lucky enough that David's working that day.
