Been coming to this particular store for years now. The staff is always super nice and helpful. They aren’t afraid to start a conversation either. Spent hours talking with the employees about games, tcg, consoles, etc. Would recommend anyone to come to this particular location.

I guess that douche manager is a running joke for people who left reviews. He's a tool and needs to learn customer service. He better straighten that attitude because he may just give it to the wrong person one day. Don't treat every customer, especially a parent, like a child or somebody that's trying to get over on the business. You're losing customers and getting bad reviews brah

Jasmine S. was the only sales associate this morning. She handled the line great and with haste. I appreciate good customer service and she checked all boxes. She was busy right from the moment of opening and handled each guest ahead of me expediently
