They will literally rip you off! Manager is in on the ripoff. They sell you products that are incomplete and when you realize it, they tell you a story about thefts. Therefore they will NOT refund you or exchange for a complete product. The only ones stealing from people are the GameStop employees and management at Meyerland GameStop! Buy from Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, etc….AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS. Who the heck sells incomplete merchandise and then refuses to take it back? Apparently this place. When a popular radio host purchased a Nintendo switch for his family, they got it home and it was missing the controllers. Tried to take it back and they refused saying he had to jump through all these hoops to talk to a district manager to get his money back. Poor business practice and horrible customer service.

GameStop has gone downhill over the years and this is an indicator of why. I’ll keep buying from Amazon or the consoles store. Why waste my time when I could spend my hard earned money on something and then be called a thief when it’s missing something.Also I’m just a listener of the show- not the guy come came in

I entered GameStop unsure of what to get and Daniel, the Assistant Manager, was patient and guided me to an overall great customer experience. This was top quality customer service. I suggest coming to this GameStop for a great customer experience.

Was given the hardest of times here today to make an exchange on an item I purchased a protection plan on. The plan was found and but I was able to identify every single detail on an old account that was fraudulently created by another store. My exchange didn’t happen. The guy working this late evening was very discourteous like most other stores. Would avoid coming here if he’s still here.
