Wasn’t told about the return policy when purchasing ps5. Bought it and opened it to use the controller since my friend brought his console over, found a PlayStation next day that I bought for cheaper and then went and tried to return the new one I just bought and was told it couldn’t be returned bc I bought it new. What???? What kind of backwards crap is this? I literally didn’t even take anything except the controller out of the box everything else was still intact and untouched. I will be cancelling my membership and not returning to GameStop as customer for any reason. Scammy company

The white man behind the counter with the long hair had a big attitude. Complaining about the management from the time I walked through the door . Because no one wants to sign up for their rewards program. He asked me what I was looking for and I said just looking .. he then told me it's not profitable for the store for people to come in and just look ... I was like wow I'm leaving. I just went back in to get a picture and he apologized and said it's things going on at home. It's not the management he's mad at . I don't know but I'm heading to Walmart for the new edge controller I was looking for for ps5 now. Have a great day.. that was crazy.

Called 4 min before they closed for an item they did have. Arrived there at 6:59 and they had the store closed already closed even showing the tme on the phone. Had to go to another one because they couldn’t spare 1 minute to sell a game.
