I call today around 8:30pm and ask about their black Friday pre-owned game deals the buy two get one free. I ask the employee in the phone how would the deal work? Would there be a price range for the free one? He responded with "any pre-owned". So I quickly when after work so I can see what we're the options but before I bought the pre-owned games I double checked on the deal, and they told me I will get the lowest cost game free which is not what I was told over the phone. So I just felt a sense of urgency to get the games for the great deal, but was lie to over the phone. I'm very disappointed I just left the store without buying anything.

Someone named Samantha gave me an unwanted warranty :( I called gamestop support and he said a manager will email me in 30 days. This is a lie as I spoken to gamestop managers and they told me they don't communicate with customers outside the store, gamestop is very greedy and it is a great SIN, I pray for you gamestop managers and owners by the power vested in archangel michael 4:44

Had my wallet stolen and they came here to make a large purchase, sheriff said they're camera systems didn't work so they couldn't find a suspect. Plus employee james was rude on the phone. But most importantly fix your camaras!

Called the store 3 times and nobody picked up.Then I went to the store and the employee that was there said she would pick up the phone if it was ringing. I told her I called three times and she said "sorry, I just didn't hear the phone ring"Then she complained how she was quitting her job that day.I probably won't go to GameStop anymore.

GAME STOP IS SCAMMING PPL WITH GIFT CARDS.If I could rate them a zero star I would. My sister purchased a $100 Steam gift card for my daughter and when we tried to redeem it we kept getting an error code. Contacted Steam support and they told us that card had already been validated before. GAMESTOP IS SELLING GIFTCARDS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED. I went in store to try to solve problem and guy at register just gave me game stop customer service number. I called while in store and the lady told me that the in store person had to help me since the card was bought in store. He rolled his eyes and was visibly annoyed that he was being asked to do his job. He then contacted customer support himself and they told him the same thing. He told me he couldn’t issue me a refund or an exchange as per their policies. Even though GAMESTOP is at fault for selling me something fraudulent. Cust service guy said best he could do was contact the district manager with is code for “we’re gonna give you the run around till you give up” to which the employee there said “yep” absolutely disgusting customer service $100 fraudulent gift card

The parking is small. Get to know the hours of this establishment and you won't get disappointed. The staff is knowledgeable on what they sale and if you ask they will oblige. The prices are what can be compared back and forth with eBay. And when in doubt you could always call to make sure your item is in store and can be held.
