I been a loyal customer for 10 yrs at GameStop I bought a ps portal online to do a pick up these 2 people help me out they told me if I have problems just come back with a email and today this employee was rude and didn’t want to help me I explained it I just bought it a day ago she Decline my service as a customer because she said that it’s new but I told her it’s been less than 24 hrs bad loyalty to customers I didn’t want my money back or ani just wanted to exchange for different item I didn’t wanna argue so I left hopefully she treated her customers right

Called twice to confirm an item I wanted was in stock, they told me yes. I come in, lady tells me I can’t purchase it because it was released early and they could not honor it even though another person said they would.. on top of that my husband has a GameStop membership that I’ve never had an issue using before and suddenly I can’t use it unless he’s there with me physically. Funny because the same lady that told me she couldn’t honor the item, is the same lady that would let me use my husband’s account with no issue and is suddenly telling me no. I’ve always had issues with her going in , not only me but my brother as well. Definitely would’ve added her name had I remembered .

This place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! has been in the restroom for approximately 45 minutes then opens the door with an attitude. I Literally been watching people come and go! Do better !!
