Good location next to HEB and across from Walmart. Great gaming store, great selection on PlayStation, Xbox, & Nintendo games and accessories. Store is nice and clean and employees are helpful when needed. This is my favorite store, I've been going here for at least 15 yrs. So go check it out before stores like this no longer exists.

Absolutely poor service. 12/18/2023 waiting in store 30 minutes with 4 customers behind me because Matt was the only person who could work work the register. The two other associates in store were just standing behind the register while Matt kept checking the back for a Nintendo for a customer. Something the two associates standing behind the register could have done. Finally one by one we all ended up leaving the store. I return today only to be told they no longer allow the use of the monthly $5 to be use toward gift cards. BUT THAT WAS THEIR ENTIRE SELLS PITCH IN JULY! It hasn't even been a year! ANDREW THE REGIONAL MANAGER WAS CALLED AND TOLD ME THE ONLY THING HE CAN DO IS GIVE ME CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I asked for an email because as i expected no one would answer this phone. Currently holding 25 mins as i write this! BUT HE being an ass and refuse to provide an email or the regional manager Jenifer contact or email. They bate you in with a benefit then take it away before you membership even renews!!! Horrible service! Refuse accountability! And just take advantage of people to get you to buy the membership!

Rude employees. 4 of them standing around with one other customer in the store and never asked if I needed help. Was ready to buy a ps5 but I will take my business elsewhere

This location will provide you false information. My mother experienced something no mother should, which is being neglected in the store, given attitude, and provide wrong information just to hurry up and move on to the next person. Once I heard this I went in for a refund and provided my feedback. Same person MATTHEW, who spoke with my mother was there, and when I addressed his lie that the version of the game is not "free" it's only a trial, he refused to give a refund. I asked for his manager and he claims he doesn't have one and the person above him is corporate. I called corporate and filed a complaint also found out MATTHEW HAS A MANAGER.

When you sign up for their membership, you also get exclusive discounts.So, in case you think, all game stops, are the same, think again because this is the best one in the area. And Dion is the man because he is great.

I would highly recommend, if you like your money to never ever purchase a refurbished system from any gamestop. Whoever their 3rd party is, (which btw, they have no idea) is messing up the refurbishing process. My system overheats regularly. It shuts itself down. It could technically happen all day long. I have to let the system cool off, only for it to heat right back up in 3 min. The internal fan screams, and it overheats. Good times. I suppose I will begin the furtherance of this process, however in the meantime, I'd any of yall read this, save you money or buy new. It should be noted that my issue isn't with any of the employees of this location. The do their jobs well and are a lot of help. My issue is with the corporate structure and who they decide to contract. Anything electronic takes massive attention to detail. Something I think is left out of the "bottomline". Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
