I came to this store for a simple ps5 controller replacement the 2 guys that they worked there were very rude to me and racist they don’t even listen what I was saying I’ll make a complaint at the main corporate too they don’t know what is customer service they don’t know how to treat people with respect I won’t recommend this store

Worst customer service ever! The associates don’t even know what the return policy clearly! These associates will lie to you and then if you change your mind they won’t help you and on top of that they talk back to the customer! How can anyone trust associates that tell you one thing about the return policy and the next day say that is not true. Clearly they don’t know where they are working at.

This store will never answer your phone calls EVER, one time I even called from the parking lot just to see if anyone would answer. Called 3 times even with 2 workers there! Still no answer .. I wanna get info about pre orders & new games but sucks that I can’t ever just call to find out info & when I do go in person , it seems like the workers themselves don’t know any info ..

Today I had an horrible experience at this location. I came in to try to return a few items and apparently was misinformed at the time of purchase about their return policy. Instead of communicating this in an apologetic manner or kind tone “Veronica” (heavy set hispanic woman with glasses)was very belittling and had a very unprofessional/rude tone and attitude with me. Unfortunately, due to the way I was treated today, I would suggest that no one visits this location anymore and at the very least since Ms.Veronica wanted to brag about how many years she has worked for the company and demean her fellow coworkers and mgt team knowledge, I would highly suggest they get rid of Veronica all together because she is not a good reflection at all for the company and clearly too good to be working there. She has no idea what the definition of good customer service is at all even after communicating to me that I could not return my items instead of stopping there and giving the customer she was supposed to be helping her divided attention she continued to go on and on and be disrespectful with me by trying to go back and forth about the policy and stated if I wanted I could leave and come back another time and speak with someone else. I would hate for anyone else to go through the type of experience I went through with her. I was very shocked because I usually receive such great service here. However, now I will have to find a new location to do business at…and if she keeps up that attitude she will def drive off even more loyal customers.

Our first time at GameStop we stopped here on a weekday evening and the young lady working there I believe her name was either Victoria or Veronica was extremely nice and helpful! She surprised my son and daughter with a toy which was really nice and sweet of her to doThey also have a sort of warranty option for an extra $3 if the game that you buy gets damaged in any way (doesn't cover theft or lost games) that they will replace it which was good to know so overall we had a great first experience with GameStop will definitely be back to buy my son some more games

I have been in here a couple times, both to buy for my 3 kids and to sell different game systems. Jordyn, the girl behind the counter has the same horrible attitude and treats every customer with disdain. Every time I come in, she acts as if she doesn't want to even be at work, she is very short with people and very rude for no reason. My husband and I will start taking our kids and our business to the store further from our house. Jordyn should not be working in customer service, especially not in a store on her own.
