Very rude employee he had an attitude the moment we walked in. Was looking to trade in a console to buy an upgraded version. Had us wait 10 minutes just to tell us that he couldn’t process the trade because of time.

Horrible service! Fry Rd is way better! This game stop won't let you swap out remotes due to back missing! They should be able to exchange any remote. Even if it's broken in half. Horrible service at game stop on hwy6 north. Will never give them my service. And they are lucky they get a star. Cant just put no stars. GOD BLESS!

Big Caucasian lady behind the counter tried to scam me. There was nothing wrong with my white dual shock controller and she tried to deem it defective. I went to another GameStop and it passed the controller test.She also tried to say my Harry Potter Hogwarts game was fraudulent even though I got the game from GameStop. She was quite disgusting.Beware of these GameStop scammers. If I see her behind the counter I will go to another GameStop.
