Came in last Tuesday July 22, 2025 to do a trade in. The manager Stacie came in late to help me with my trade in. I wanted the same cash credit as in store credit. There was a sign up that displayed i could. The manager was very nasty in insisting the sale ended. But that’s not my problem if the signs are still up. Couldn’t believe the way my transaction was handled. So unprofessional. It’s your job to honor the promotion signs you put up in the store. If the promotion is over please take them down. I was heavily Inconvenienced. Contacted district Manager and no response. Just ridiculous. No accountability.

Zaye and team were great. I purchased a product that was limited and they held it for me for an hour so I could purchase it. Highly recommend this gamestop over others in the area

I recently had drift stick on my PS five controller, which I went to another GameStop in Pearland to swap out comes to find out they didn’t do their job and left me in a situation to where I had to buy another one, but once I came to the Willowbrook location the store manager Stacy really helped me out a lot and was very patient and understanding of my situation and we ended up working out a better situation.
I’m not sure if it’s possible, but can we please get Stacey to get promoted to district manager? She knows her stuff.

Don’t let them talk you into buying any kind of warranty. All they are going to do is offer replacements with other people’s broken merchandise. If I would have been told that I could only get a refurbished item as a replacement then I would not have paid for the warranty.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed a order for a ps5 for $405 after 3 hours they cancel my order. And the pathetic associate said o well I just checked and didn't see the system in the back. The website said there was 1 system in stock when I paid for it and they took my money. It took the worker 3 hours to finally check in the back then cancel my order! Now i have to wait 5 days for my refund. And corporate had nothing to say.

This place should sincerely tear down or demolish or closed down it’s a safety risk. I tripped over this unstable floor. I almost hurt myself. The owner and manager don’t give a damn about anyone hurting themselves.The employees and manager are always trying to rip off their customers. There’s a special place for all these people.

Please train your employees to be respectful. It's not that hard. Came in and saw a used Playstation Portal. I asked if I could see how it feels in my hand. Employee told me he was unsure which is fine. I understand. But the manner that he spoke to me was so disrespectful. He didn't even face me or look me in the eyes. Typically stuff like this doesn't bother me but the pure disrespect and unprofessionalism that I felt was not unnoticed. Please do better!! I will be shopping at other Game Stops going forward. And this must also be a reoccurring problem based off other recent reviews.

Quick trip for gaming headphones. Staff was very knowledgeable and had everything we were looking for. Very satisfied with our visit.
