Did a warranty trade in for my PS5 controller that had stick drift. I wasn't pleased with the fact that I was forced to get a white one when I traded in my pink one.

Customer service was great. Yuki kindly helped me and all the other guys that were in there. Would DEFINITELY go back if it wasn't 30 minutes from my house lol

Great customer service! They reserved the xbox controller starfield edition for me! Also very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
