Best bowling pro shop I’ve been to hands down. They have a massive inventory so you’re almost guaranteed to have whatever you want you in stock in multiple weights. They take the time to listen to you about what you want. If you’re newer to the game, they take time to explain all the numbers and ball shapes so you can feel comfortable making a decision. Me and several of the people I bowl with have purchased a ball or 2 from here and we plan to only go back there for any other needs.

8/12 gotta say this is a stand up place. Had a ball filled and drilled for my daughter, her span changed a bit. They refreshed her measurements and fixed it at no charge. Highly recommend as one of the best pro shops in Houston.

If you are even contemplating investing in your own bowling equipment, do yourself a favor and go to Gary James. I and my wife had planned on checking out a couple places to price equipment and ask questions. This was the first stop. After talking to Mike for 5 minutes, my wife and I both knew this was where we were going to make a purchase. Mike explained everything and did not try to steer us to things we did not need. We bought what we wanted to buy at the price I wanted to pay. After the balls were drilled, Mike offered to tell them to let us test them out. We decided to bowl for an hour. Mike came and found us to see how we liked the balls. We both requested some minor adjustments. I was very impressed and could not ask for any better service. Thanks Mike and Gary!
