Hours: Based on reviews, Garza Studios offers beautiful, clean, and affordable rehearsal and performance spaces in Houston's Historic Second Ward. The studios are well separated with great soundproofing, so there is little noise from other rooms. Spaces are always clean and well kept, with nice floors, big mirrors, and great acoustics. Several rooms have pianos, including a grand piano that is in tune and delightful to play. There are 10 studios of varying sizes, perfect for musicians, dancers, and small groups. One reviewer used Studio #8 for a dance lesson and found it perfect. The on-site attendant is attentive in keeping a clean space. The only complaint is that the parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver, though free street parking is available. Reviewers had an absolutely wonderful experience, found the spaces easy to book and access, and are very glad to have such a fantastic community space in Houston.
