Horrible horrible horrible customer service by the lady who says she the manager. My son needed an sr22 and she said statefarm doesn't do sr22s. She told us to call another insurance company to buy it for 100 dollars and we did and ended up paying 300 initial then 140 a month for 2 years. Only to find out later that statefarm does actually offer sr22 for a fee as well. She even told me that big insurance companies don't offer sr22s, that only small companies do it. I don't understand the need for lying just because people don't want to do their job. I am so fed up and I will find a new insurance company and I do not recommend statefarm or george lunnons office ! Stay away from this office!! I've been with them for years! And insurance is sky high here too. And Nope I don't have tickets...

After 23 years they screwed me. But, don't worry I will never come back. Shelly never explained what my refund was poor on her part. State farm must have needed more than me.

I’m always busy with work as most people are and this agency was amazing! I emailed them during work for a quote on Friday. I was able to get my policy started over the phone. They where fast and I got more coverage at a cheaper rate than with the company I was currently with. Once again my experience was flawless, super fast, and amazing rates!
