Reached out about a trade in, but was told I'd need to get a written offer from another dealership and they would match that. Specifically mentioned that it needed to be a cash offer and not a trade in offer for another vehicle even though I was going to trade in my vehicle for one of theirs. When I told them the amount I was looking for, he said to list it privately. I informed him I already received an offer from another dealership for that amount, but wanted to trade in with the dealership I was going to go with for tax purposes and I couldn't just not have a vehicle in between. He asked if I was interested in any of their vehicles which I said yes, I was, but it sounded like I should take my business elsewhere as I wouldnt get what I wanted for my car, he hung up on me 😂😂😂😂 Guess I was right.

Came here on a referral. I have a new business relationship. Mark, Edgar, Kevin all worked efficiently and tirelessly to get me what I needed. The interest rate wasnt like drowning in a riptide. The sticker prices are fair.
We made a decision change in the middle of closing the deal and the energy was still good. No one made me feel as if I was taking up their time. They TOOK their time with me for my purchase AND THATS what will always be what will bring me back. Personal service.
Now lets talk about this beauty I was able to buy my son and he screamed for joy more than once. You have no idea how that made my heart sing. Giant Auto I forever in your debt.

First thing first, I wanna thank Mark for making the entire process easy and flexible. The entire establishment are legit and they really do put care into the cars they are selling. Very upfront people and some military background as well. The time I spend purchasing my car was outstanding and I recommend contacting Mark if you ever plan on purchasing a vehicle from Giant Auto Mart.

They where nice, but me and my disabled wife where told we would have to have more then $500 to $1,000 down. A lot more . So yeah they need to change their sign from NO Body Walks.. to Some People Don't Walk...
