If I could give this place, zero Stars it was the best this place has to close this is unsafe place for children’s very dirty stay away from this dangerous place. I also filled out a safety complaint with the city of Houston.

We came to play on Tuesday and they closed for lunch over 15 minutes early and they cleaned the bathrooms while it was still open too, so the floors were wet once they opened them back up, and we only had socks on 🤦♀️ The kids did have a fun time playing here, they always do, but we were just caught off guard about closing early and cleaning the bathrooms with customers still inside.

We had a great experience.
We hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday here, was strawberry themed and the team and owner did a great job taking care of us! I saw them going around and keeping the toys organized and spraying things down with Lysol, which is important to me. The ballon arch they made was incredibly awesome and so thoughtful of them to add some strawberry balloons, they helped so much the party was a blast. The kids had a ton of fun and didn't want to leave, we had the party room for 2 hrs and then still had access to the play space for another hour after which was helpful. I didn't feel rushed to be out of the room but they did help keep us on schedule so we could be out of the room on time incase of another party. We'll be coming back for playdates!

Came on a Tuesday morning, for $15 to beat the heat in a small play place, this was a good deal. However, a lot of the kids had taken all of the props and costumes out of the play houses and no one was collecting them so not as organized as I would’ve hoped. There was also no toilet paper in the bathroom and there were maybe a dozen ppl inside after they had been open for about 30 minutes. The biggest issue was the costume cabinets were not anchored to the wall and my toddler almost pulled one down on top of himself.

I should say that they did not give us wristbands. So I wont recommend this place if you have concerns about kids safety. on the other hand, there are some restaurants over there whenever they are closed out.
I dont like they got closed from 12 to 2 PM.

We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday here, and I just want to say THANK YOU for everything! From the very beginning, the team was amazing with communication. They sent inspo pictures of how the setup would look, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and were incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. The communication was truly top tier.
The day of the party, everything was seamless. The space looked beautiful, the kids had a blast, and the staff was so kind and helpful. A huge shoutout to Tasha — she was AMAZING! She kept everything running smoothly and made the whole experience completely stress-free for us. We’re beyond grateful and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, organized, and memorable party spot!

We had the best experience at Giggles & Fun for my daughter’s 3rd birthday! The facility was clean, well stocked with toys and they had even recently fixed the floor that was messed up when we had been by initially to look at it for a possible party location. The new owners are amazing, and you can really tell that they care and are putting a lot of effort into making it a great place for kids to play and visit. They were even there on the Saturday of our party making sure everything was running smoothly. Our party host was amazing! She had our party room stocked with drinks and helped us decorate and make everything look perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and our daughter and her friends had the best time! We were very impressed and would do it all over again!

My 4 year old had a blast celebrating his birthday at Giggles and Fun. A friend recommended the location, and I booked it with ease almost six months in advance. We had a great host, Jamia. She helped unload and made suggestions as we set up. It was our first time hosting outside our home so I was not sure what to expect and likely a bit indecisive about where things should go. Jamia was clearly experienced on this front and moved us along appropriately. The party room had two tables just enough for the kiddos to sit. Parents had to stand around the room because the space was limited.
The play area was perfect for the littles and even 7 and 8 yr olds had fun. For mid-day Saturday, the place was not packed so we had ample room to spread out and be comfortable as we kept an eye on our kids.
I am pleased with the service and would recommend this to others. We await an east Houston location!

We came to this indoor playground for a party and arrived around 4:33 PM. By 4:56 PM—within just 40 minutes—our 5-month-old daughter’s gold anklet had gone missing. She hadn’t played in any of the activity areas; we had only walked in and out of the party room, so we knew it had to have been dropped somewhere along that short path.
We immediately asked staff if they could check the security cameras to see if it had been dropped or picked up. They said only the owner could access the footage, which we understood but we were hoping they’d reach out quickly in case whoever picked it up was still in the building. There was no sense of urgency. They said they’d do a sweep and “keep an eye out,” but it honestly felt like the situation was brushed off. With only one other party going on and a limited timeframe, it’s hard not to feel like this could have been handled better. If this had been a medical emergency or something more serious, we’d hope for a faster response but we’re not even sure that would’ve happened.
We’ve accepted the anklet is gone, but we’re sharing this so other families know if something goes missing, don’t expect much help in recovering it.
Aside from that, the overall cleanliness of the facility was poor. Toys and furniture looked heavily worn and overdue for replacement. Nothing appeared freshly wiped or sanitized, which is concerning in a space full of young kids. The party room was uncomfortably hot, and while there was a party host assigned, they weren’t very involved or helpful compared to hosts we’ve had at other indoor playgrounds. Overall, the experience felt unorganized and underwhelming.
Hopefully the owners take steps to improve both cleanliness and customer care moving forward.

Giggles and Fun will forever feel like a second home to us. After giving birth to my second I came here everyday for weeks after picking up my toddler from preschool. The staff is so kind and the only complaints we ever have are from big kids playing in the toddler area? The price per month is great and my son loves it here so much.

Even though they close from 1pm to 2 pm for sanitation, this place was visibly dirty, play areas were missing a lot of pieces/toys so the kids couldn't do much in them plus some stuff needs batteries and others need fixing. The place feels neglected and lacking maintenance efforts

A lot of Fun, my son had a blast there for his first birthday party. it’s a unique place that gives an opportunity for kids to do pretend Play. Kind of like a mini Houston, children’s museum next-door

place is great, but dirty. I went up the structure, there was hair and dust and dirt on it. the ball throwing machine wasn't working. There are balls everywhere, nobody bothers to put them back in the ball pit every once a while, and throw out the broken ballsits sad that they dont clean it properly, considering a lot of small kids go there. They say they close everyday for sanitizing too
