Took my jeep here under its lifetime warranty to fix the power going out on the doors and main LCD display. They took roughly a month to fix the issue and then once I finally got it back, the front lights didn't work. I now have to get my car inspected and can't pass because the lights don't work. I called Gilman to get my jeep in and repaired and their service rep tried to tell me the lights burned out magically at the same time on their own and are trying to stiff me on the cost. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold and never answered the phone. I'm reporting this dealer to the BBB. Update to my review, it has now been over two weeks and they still have my jeep (leaving me with no vehicle) and are trying to charge me 1200$ for the lights they shorted out.
