Second or third time I have asked this GNC if I have points available, but they are too lazy or spiteful to go back into the system and check, so they say “no, but next time you will”. I check my receipt later and I have 526 points available. I call her and she says they can’t see the points unless I “let her know”. I did let her know and she never checked. She says I can come back and do a return to fix it, but this could have been done at the store, and I was the only customer. If you don’t want to be nice to customers, don’t work retail :) Will be visiting another location from now on to utilize the savings.

The 2 times I have come to this GNC location have been misses. The lady that works during the day has a poor attitude towards customers and doesn’t seem to want to help. I gave this location a second chance, and my second visit was as horrible as the first. You’re better off going to another GNC or supplement retailer—there are plenty in this area.

The manager of the store, Daniele, is very insightful about the needs of her customers and helps you find out what you need. The store itself is well stocked and clean, which makes it easy to look for your favorite protein powder or vitamins

I beleive its Daniele the lady that helped me with my purchase. She suggested PMD Andro and Censor for stimulant-free fat loss. This Andro is happening and now look forward for the Censor working its magic.

Daniele was super helpful and kind! I bought a product from another GNC and it was almost expired. She exchanged the item without a hassle, and made my visit smooth. You can tell she really cares and wants to help! Definitely recommend to anyone.

First time in a GNC… the store was organized, and Danielle is very knowledgeable about the products—super helpful. I got what I was looking for x2 because she let me know of a current promotion. A friendly face and conversation is worth going to the store in-person! ?
