Extremely unprofessional, consistently refused to price match with Amazon prices regardless if it was GNC products. Mentioned they do not price match nor have they ever, even though I have done so before and am told GNC does price match by other locations. “GNC HAS NEVER PRICE MATCHED and WE DON’T PRICE MATCH” was her response. I asked for the manager, she stated she was the manager. I’ve been a member for years and that had to be the worst experience I’ve had. If you’re gonna have people who don’t know supplements that’s one thing but at least have some sort of customer service. End result did not purchase anything.

I went in to purchase an item close to closing time. I was able to walk in pick up the items that I wanted but was told he cannot sell it to me. He had already close the register before closing time.

They don’t wear masks here even though it says on the door and counter that they require customers to do so. The first time I went and saw she didn’t wear one I was like fine I won’t come back but then my husband needed me to return something so I did and the person that helped me did wear her mask. Today the same person from the first time was not wearing her mask so that’s gonna do it for me. She literally had it in her hand then put it down to ring me up. I mean thats fine but at least make it know that you’re not requiring customers or employees to wear a mask so that they’ll know before shopping here. On my receipt it says the name of the same person that wasn’t wearing her mask on both occasions was “Paola” but I’ve seen her before and she’s a manager I think. Anyways, I rather drive to another location to get my Alani products until this pandemic is over at least.

I would not go here! Not good customer service or knowledge of their products. Even though offers are cheaper on their site they do not have them priced as do at the store.

when I went in I was not greeted which was ok I guess, but they greeted the people that kept going in after me. They asked everyone if they needed help, which I did so I was waiting for someone to ask which they did not. One of the ladies was busy with someone and the other was not so I did ask if she could help me choose a new one and she said she was going to the back to check inventory (It was 5pm) that I would have to wait for the other lady to be done. Which okay I guess I don’t like to be rude so I waited, when the lady came up to me she was rude and seemed as she didn’t want to help. I don’t see what the difference between me and the other customers were other than I was female and they were male.... I mean I don’t get it I just wanted some knowledge on their products.

If I could you all zero starts I would. Ms. Cecilia would not refund the item I purchased due to me specifically not having the card I purchased my item with. On the back of the receipt it says debit card purchases are either refunded in cash or back to the charged account. She said she wouldn't be able to refund me in cash because it'll make her cash drawer short at the register. I've worked with and handled money especially since our registers for years. I know for a fact if you issue someone a refund it will not make your cash drawer short. If that was the cash the receipt wouldn't say that you are able to get a cash refund. I asked if their was someone else in the store who could help me she said no. I left the store and wasn't gone for even 5 mins when I seen another employee. I remember paying with Apple Pay and she said that there was no way to issue me a refund because my device account number and my card number were two different accounts. No by this time I'm very upset because it's not hard to give refund. She said she wasn't able to give refunds through Apple Pay. I was given a hard time for at least 20 mins in total for a simple $37.99 refund. I refuse to go to this store anymore.
