I used to shop at GNC when I was in college. It used to be my go-to place for vitamins and gym workout supplements. Then, I don't remember why I stopped. Just few days ago, I thought about buying some supplements. Then, GNC came to my mind. Lucky me, I didn't have to go far. There's one at Meyerland Plaza. I just finished shopping at Marshals and Ross, around the corner. The employee was polite. The store was organized. However, not everything had a price tag. I had to bring items to cashier to ask for price. Since the employee wasn't pushing for the membership, I will continue to shop here.

Elias, the manager, should be fired and the franchisee should lose his franchise as this is the worst GNC store I have ever visited. On Tuesday, Elias said to come back next Wednesday for an out of stock item that he will bring from another store. When I asked what time, he changed his mind and said come on Thursday as he won't be back in time on Wednesday. Just to be safe, I went back on Friday to find the door locked during business hour. A girl finally opened it, called Elias, who told her he forgot about my item and told me to come back on Saturday. He didn't apologize, and said he was doing me a favor by bringing the item from the other store. Even the girl made a face when he said that. GNC should be ashamed to have people like this working, let alone "managing," for them. Don't shop here. Just drive 1 mile south on Post Oak to the much better-run GNC just after Walmart.

The girl at the desk is really uninterested in the job, its like she is being forced to work there, no knowledge of the products they are selling and seems to be just having the worst time being at that desk. Nothing against her or GNC as a whole, she just seems so out of it.

Extremely poor service. The girl at the front desk was eating talking to me with food in her mouth and her hand. Refused to do my return. Then called her manager, he was no different. Both rude and unprofessional. No knowledge of anything. Shop elsewhere!

They said they closed @9 so I drove all the way here . POV: it’s my closest GNC Near by so I arrived at 8:30 . It was closed
