I just stopped by for the advertised special on Ghost drinks....they were out. I just happened to be in the area but vitamin Shoppe always has drink specials.

GNC's returns process is tedious. They require a receipt for returns, and returning merchandise is bad. "Does your wife require another item?" "Why doesn't your wife like the supplement?" "Let me check with my manager whether we can add the tax to the returns." "Okay, I called my manager." "He allowed me to return the entire order." " Are you sure you don't want a credit for another item?" The computer system became frozen, and the process took 15 minutes. They don't want customers to return items even if you purchased the item three days prior to the return date. If you don't return an item, the store is okay. The selection has diminished since the pandemic.

They have some good deals on "clearance" section that just can't be beat, but paying for something that is literally expiring in a week for just 50% off seems high, since it's generally discarded after. Arturo helped me get a better deal by applying a 15% coupon. The rest of the items you need to buy almost in bulk to get better deal than what's available on Amazon, costco or even Walmart sometimes. Protein chips are priced 33% higher than most any grocery store. GNC is definitely a convenience and specialt vs great value. Great experience here tho.

It’s been years since I’ve been to a GNC store. Things sure have changed. Back in the day, the sales person wore a collared polo style shirt (red, if I recall correctly) and you could tell they worked at the store because you were immediately greeted. Not so much these days. The younger guy, on his cell phone, was in sweat pants with soccer slides and socks. He was polite and helpful, but I wouldn’t say he was knowledgeable. This was the bigger issue for me since I specifically went to get expert assistance. I personally don’t know much about supplements and I needed someone to help me find the right item for a family member. The only thing I can say is at least he wasn’t “salesy”. I don’t ever want to get anyone in trouble. I just felt let down and left to my own devices. I could have gotten more knowledgeable assistance from my Walgreens that’s much closer than the GNC. I suppose this is what it has come to now days. So, to finalize the review, nice young man, but he needs more training. I honestly felt like he was just watching the store for a few while the real associate stepped away.

Excellent experience every visit, especially when Sean is there. He is an asset to the operation. Incredibly knowledgeable and HONEST. I appreciate that the most. He’s not a pushy or manipulative salesperson. I go out of my way to shop at this GNC every opportunity.

The woman who treated me was terrible in her service, she doesn't know how to treat people and she also wasn't friendly and doesn't know anything about supplements.

I love GNC and I’m a pro member. I stopped by today to this location as it was on my way. From the moment that I entered, Sean was amazing. Truly exemplifying what it means to go above and beyond in regards to customer service. He patiently explained product details and current GNC promos. He made this location stand out. I will definitely come back to his location. Thank you Sean!
