If you don’t give them your phone number they won’t sell you anything. The employees do not care if you don’t buy anything because of it either. Don’t waste your time here.

Trying to buy 2 small drinks and instead of a quick check out, lady keeps asking for phone number and email information even after i told her i didnt want to sign up, I just wanted to buy the drinks. Very pushy, rude and horrible customer service, raising her voice that i needed to put something(GNC needs to train their people better). Decided to not buy anything and leave. I spent less time walking to the nearby target and getting a drink than what i spent at GNC.

Aggressive about getting you subscribed to their in store membership and will attempt to charge you for it even after declining. Good products, but not worth the customer service.

If you can avoid this location- DO SO. The older lady (receipt says SEEMA is her name) working here is so unknowledgeable. She rang me up persisting i purchase their gold rewards. When i kindly declined she asked ARE YOU SURE?? and kept persisting and explaining why i should.I again declined, to which she gave me my total and processed my card. I said, "wait, do i have any rewards to use?" She said, "yes $10 worth. do you want me to refund this and reprocess using your rewards?"& i said "well yes..."so she had to refund my initial transaction & reprocess another one on my card.HAD SHE NOT BEEN SO PERSISTENT IN MAKING ME BUY GOLD REWARDS AND SPEND MORE MONEY, she would've realized i had points to spare and done a great service to me by letting me use them. When complete, she said "im sorry its the time crunch." I went at 3 PM, no where near closing time. Not sure what time crunch she was on.Also- i have yet to see this refund in my account 4 days later. I contacted GNC customer service who couldnt see the refund info on their end. They did contact the store, but the line is busy.great. another error. Never going back to this location.

The store at Memorial City has been my first choice for supplements and sports nutrition for several years. Blair the store manager is always knowledgeable and helps me find what I'm after. She has introduced me to products I was not familiar with that helped me reach my goals. This location stands apart. Thank you GNC!

One of the sales associates said “ I can’t find that for you cause I haven’t another customer waiting bye bye “ and hung up. I just needed to see if another store had something in stock. Worse customer service Experience.
