This is an overdue review because I forgot the dudes name. But it's Edgar! It was back in April and he spent time educating me on a new genre of supplements I wanted to try. Walked out with a bag full of me normal purchases and a brand new one that I'm really enjoying. So much so I came back to this location for another load up. Unfortunately they didn't have it but I was told to hit up the GNC down the road and that they had what I needed and it was waiting for me at the counter. Thank y'all!

I stopped by this location, my experience was the best from the very moment I walked in. Edgar was very welcoming and helpful with everything I was looking for. Thank you for this wonderful experience, I can say I'm definitely going back.

Really had a good time customer service was on point with this gnc I personally enjoyed getting taken cared of was showed different pre and proteins as to fit what I wanted and needed for everytime.

Ordering online from GNC is a complete joke. Literally EVERY TIME I have tried to order (this time, it was to be picked up at this location), they email me back and cancel my order because they are out of stock at that location. I'm DONE with wasting my time trying to give GNC my money.

I went into the store today and bought a pre-workout supplement. Armani gave me some great suggestions, and I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Also, the other reviews here talk about the store being understaffed, but when I was in, there were two employees available. If you're nervous about the store being open, the store's phone number is right up there ^^^ so maybe just call ahead?

Armani provided excellent customer service, and was genuinely friendly and personable. He also helped me get 15% off my order. The total ended up being cheaper than Amazon, which is great, because I'm cheap AF lol. 10/10, would recommend to a friend.

Today (4/15) I showed up at 1:30pm after my online order was refunded twice! They had a sign up saying they will be back in 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up. I came back after my workout at 3:00pm and the store is still closed. What is going on here?

As previously stated…never open. Been sitting out front for 35 min, looking at a “return in 10 min”, no signs of life inside. Not my first time trying to get into this location with zero success. Guy beside me said he’s been waiting 20 minutes before I showed up.
