I had a fantastic experience at GNC with store manager Mo. He was knowledgeable and helped me find the right supplements for my goals. The store was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend visiting Mo for great guidance!

I’m assuming the store owner (since he said “I don’t sell these at my store), was giving me a hard time returning some vitamins. As soon as I walked in he gave me an attitude about me wanting to make a return. The packing slip says I can do return by mail or at any GNC store.
He was questioning me like if he was a detective. Just kept looking at the packing slip and saying he didn’t want to give me the refund saying “ I don’t sell this in my store because no one wants to buy it”.
Save yourself the trip. Listen to the other bad reviews. Don’t give this arrogant guy business.

This place has the best customer service. It’s not my closest GNC but I will visit here any day of the week. I’ve met different staff and they all have been so helpful!
