Go elsewhere fellow thrifters! This location is completely taken over by resellers. You can't find anything good anymore because every time new inventory comes out, they call dibs on the whole rack by blocking everyone from looking. You can only look at the leftovers once they're done. Can't even push your cart through because eBay kids be standing in the middle of the aisle looking up prices of item on their phones.
The gems are all snatched up by resellers as soon as they come out, and whatever left, even if it's cute, is hardly worth it because the prices are crazy. I'll go out on a limb and say we have those resellers to thank for, because they drive up the demands and thus the prices.
So Goodwill has a "boutique" section where the prices are higher, and you'd think it's exclusively picked, like luxury brands or NWT items, but no, "boutique" items here seem to be sorted using... feelings. I've seen Zara tank tops, Amazon sandals at boutique. It seems whatever the workers think is even remotely cute and in decent condition, they sort it in boutique and mark up the price.
I've shopped here a lot because it's right by where I live, but I've given up. It's not worth it anymore.

Are you kidding me? The people pricing this stuff must be doing drugs and think everything that comes to them, for FREE btw, belongs on the Antiques Roadshow. I have more photos from what I saw today, but don't have the energy to share. Just 3 examples, a crappy planter vase from Garden Ridge Pottery with a CHIP priced at a whopping $125, a Le Creuset French press with a massive gash at $29. And the best of all, a made in China celestial sphere, selling on eBay for half the price, GW trying to sell for $325!!!! These people are NUTS. Don't waste your time. You can find it new at the Marshall's Home Goods for way LESS. HA!

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this Goodwill location. A staff member falsely accused me of stealing from the donation bin while I was still in the parking lot, despite me clearly stating multiple times that I had just arrived and it was not me. She continued to press the accusation, even after I explained that it wasn’t me. I don’t know if this was a case of mistaken identity or something more concerning, but being repeatedly accused with no evidence was upsetting and uncalled for.
Goodwill should ensure that their employees approach customers with respect and verify information before making baseless accusations. This experience left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and I hope the organization addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

You got pickers eating lunch right next to the back door waiting for stuff to come out? And then you have them crawling around the front of the doors to the back room where nobody can even get by because they’re four and five people sick sometimes with their baskets? This is getting a little out of hand. I didn’t come into the Goodwill to smell cheap ass Chinese food

I had higher hopes for this Goodwill, but it really fell short. The items were overpriced for the condition they were in—most were worn out and not well-maintained. It’s not the place to find any hidden treasures, just hidden dirt. On the plus side, the workers were nice and helpful, which is the only reason I’m giving two stars. Unfortunately, the store itself just didn’t live up to expectations.

so I decided to go shopping to this Goodwill after work today I walked around the store and picked up a couple items and once I made up my mind, I put them back. I found a brass candle holder which I’ve always wanted one so I decided to get it, and I saw something else that I was thinking about by the time I got to the register, I decided against one of the items and handed it to the young lady, who is African-American with dreads and I paid for the brass candlestick holder once I left she ran out the store and said I need to look at your bag because you stole some clothes I said, excuse me she informed me that a customer told her that I stole some clothes that they saw me put some stuff in my bag. I went ahead and let her look at my bag which by the way I did not have to, But I went ahead because that’s one thing you’re not going to do is call me a thief and while this was happening The police officer that they pay to prevent shoplifting is standing outside having a conversation with someone which is funny to me because the same girl who rang me up is all of a sudden accusing me of stealing. I opened my bag right in front of her when I paid for my item, tell me if this is intelligent why would I still hand something to you that I didn’t want and then pay for something this was my last time going to this Goodwill half of the time they have nothing but crap in there because it’s extremely picked over because of resellers which, by the way, they are ruining thrift for people that are buying stuff for their homes or for their own personal use so I went back and asked her exactly who told you that I stole something. She told me she couldn’t tell me that which I think she’s full of crap I think because she saw my white handkerchief and a plastic bag, which had a piece of cake in it. I guess she assumed that I am a thief like I said, goes to show you how intelligent people are, I’m gonna steal something. Why in the hell would I buy something and then hand you back an item that I didn’t want but that’s who you guys have working there plus you have a police officer that pretty much is there just to hang out and stay on his phone and not do his job because if he was you want to be running out the store, accusing innocent people of stealing , real smart Goodwill good way to spend your money 😹 but I guess you guys have customers that are being top flight security y’all should be paying them money since they’re falsely accusing people of stealing maybe then you idiots would get it right in actually catch somebody really stealing for a change

The products are not bad. Prices are average. But there are not many good products.

This location can be a bit dangerous with a lot of traffic coming in and out, that they have security. You have to go as soon as they open to have a good trip. I personally think other locations are better because this location is not clean at all. It's hard to find those good items you want to buy.

I frequently shop at the store driving from the woodlands it’s about a 48 min drive sometimes it’s worth the drive the one thing that I absolutely don’t like is that the customer camp out in the back of the store sitting on merchandise waiting for the workers to roll out the items it’s a hassle with everyone rushing to the cart pushing and reaching over one another I was told by a customer if you don’t take what you want you just won’t get it … because of this issue I think I’ll just stay towards the woodlands there is a good one on 2920 in Spring everyone is very nice from employees to managers Ave the customers…. Your store needs more organization
