Went in today and wow whoever is in charge of pricing shouldn’t be . 49.99 for a used toy kitchen covered in stickers and 69.99 for a doll house no accessories. Also notice they split up toys that go together to make more of a profit which shouldn’t be allowed. Of all the goodwills definitely the worst prices I’ve come across. Just greedy
3 stars only because the manager was kind enough to reprice an item for me .

Aside from the items being way overpriced, was standing in line to check items on the wall and its like if I was invisible. Worker would not even acknowledge me. Poor customer service.

The greeter was a very nice man. The check out ladies were just as wonderful. I will return in the future.

Thrifting is a super popular and a fun thing to do now in days until you come across RACISM .. MARIA RODRIGUEZ it's 2024 and you yourself are Hispanic get yourself together and check yourself!
Today as a human being I made a mistake to not read a sign that was in English.
I apologized to her and explained to her how I couldn't move back because the whole line was moved up, this lady screamed at me telling me to read the sign and turned around to tell her coworker " apparently WE NEED A SPANISH sign as well".
Maria Rodriguez aka line patrol maybe you should purchase a Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Russian.. etc sign. You may also want to purchase a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS.

I got to wait in line for pay for my stuff for 15 minutes ,nobody is on register,manager show stuff to a lady and make a line of 6 people to wait,so slow

The restroom is terrible it's a hazard environmental issue for your health they should be able to fix the restroom with all the things being donated and the things being sold

I just came from dropping off gently used and new donations at Jacinto City Goodwill for the first time. I was disappointed to learn that the location on Uvalde near San Jacinto College had closed indefinitely. They provided great customer service and the representatives always seemed content to be there and ready to help out.
The gentleman at Jacinto City immediately came out to meet me at my vehicle. I didn’t even wait one minute. He acknowledged me with a smile, asked me if I wanted a receipt, and wished me a good day. I have absolutely no complaints and I will be back with more donations. Keep up the great work!

Staff is super nice and I had an amazing cashier today. But the prices were staggering. Price checked a couple items online that were cheaper new in walmart. Coming from someone who grew up running a family thrift store. Goodwill has gotten super greedy these past couple of years. Price cheap clear it out the door and restock. Theirs a small small tub of Legos priced at 69 dollars and half of the are busted, I collect Legos and that was about 4 times what they were worth secondhand. Whoever is in charge of pricing their needs a reality check.

This Goodwill is hands downs one of the best I've been too! First off the staff here alone are AMAZING...they are happy to work here...I've never seen staff be so happy to work anywhere! They were polite, professional, personable and just dam right happy! The "boutique" section is fairly large...about 4 racks maybe a few more majority of the items were 12.99 for Zara, free the people, Talbots, express, lululemon. I appreciate the boutique racks lots of great finds! I've found other great find throughout the store as it's jammed packed with items with them even bringing out more. Get ready to spend a few hours here you will not be leaving empty handed I promise!

the selection of clothing was a bit more upscale than other thrift stores on average but the prices were way too high for most of the items and all the sale color tags were gone or picked through.
