I have never written a review, but the manager on duty 10-19-24 was extremely rude to his staff and also to me. Everyone has a bad day every now and then, but he was over the top. Very disrespectful and his attitude was unacceptable.

I am never donating at this place ever again. So rude!! The boy that was receiving the donations was rude and looked at my box and said “trash” to my box. I have been donating here for years and everybody is nice and says thank you. I was donating some seasonal decorations that even had the tags on 🤦🏼♀️

I move around a lot for work and rather than selling my unneeded household items I prefer to donate them to goodwill. Normally the people staffing the donation centers are always very friendly and appreciative but for some reason today the person who took my items was very rude…actually he never spoke a word to me after my saying hello. I had to bring in two arm loads of items and when I walked in with the second bunch he stood there and simply waved his fingers at me like ‘gimmie gimmie’ and turned away once I said thank you. Not a good look…

Don't know why this location STILL hasn't fully restocked shelves. Everything, but the clothes, is pretty barren. Why close down the smaller location, if you aren't gonna keep the big one stocked?

First and foremost the cashiers have always been friendly, and helpful. Especially Miss Lynne. also performing her duties she is given any time I have been to this location. It is truly nice for her to acknowledge all the customers every day and whenever she sees someone coming and going.
I would however like to bring up several passed visits, there tend to be hard workers pushed to work 100% when the team member isn't feeling well. even though they don't feel well they always find a way to shine!!

Very clean and put together, staff was kind and helpful. The prices are a bit high, but overall its a great place to go thrifting

I *did not* round up on my purchase yesterday. I grew suspicious of what the cashier was doing when she opened the cash drawer for my credit card purchase. She did something in the drawer. Looking at my receipt, she did something deceitful. Consumers, make sure the charges to your cards are correct. Why would she falsify my transaction?
