Everything is thrown into blue baskets. It is not clear what is where. It was very messy. This was the worst Goodwill branch I've ever seen in my life.

I love this store. First and foremost this is a Goodwill OUTLET, aka 'bins". Merchandise that doesn't sell at other stores is sent here. It is then dumped into bins and sent to the floor for us to rummage through. Yes, it's dirty and things are broken but you can find some pretty amazing deals if you're willing to look. The staff is nice and runs a tight ship. There are rules.....if you bring your kids keep them next to you, don't just fill up carts and walk away, don't fill up 4 carts and keep waiting to pay because other people need carts too. Most of the posts that say the employees are rude are probably from those who don't follow the rules. I have been to all the other Outlets in the Houston area and this store runs the smoothest from bringing new bins out, keeping it fair, to checking us out. Love this place!!!! Keep up the good work!
These pictures are just a fraction of my findings!

This is a fantastic Goodwill bins. You should be aware before coming to this location. This is an outlet store meaning nothing is organized by size, gender, etc. It comes out in giant tubs, and you search through for hidden treasures. I love the staff, they seem to have some employees there a lot, and they’re very nice, they aren’t OVERLY friendly like some expect from every customer service worker, they’re real, and I love it! I’m sure they may be tired from the atmosphere the bins give! (Lots and lots of people) I have never seen the staff be “rude” to anyone who doesn’t deserve so. When you have good deals, people with act crazy sometimes, and these AMAZING employees corral like the best of em! They keep it under control even when it’s packed, and as I’ve always been kind, they’ve always been kind to me. Some people can have improper etiquette but the good outweighs. A lot of the same people come, so you’ll eventually have “bin friends” if you’re nice. I’ve had SEVERAL people notice me looking for certain items, and have gone out of their way to grab a similar one they spotted- that’s so so kind! It is different from a goodwill store, but I am a big fan

1st time going into a goodwill that had bin setups. I went one day to check it out. My first experience coming here was great, I purchased a dresser and wasn’t able to get it into my vehicle.
There were two young men who were extremely helpful and nice. However, when I returned back the next day the woman I believe the manager older African American lady on the small size was rude when I was asking them for my dresser so it can get loaded.

For my birthday my son wanted to give me a shopping experience so he brought me to Goodwill Greenspoint. They have a very awesome process of things. They have giant "boats" full with misc. Stuff that they continuously change throughout the day so there is always a flow of new thrifty stuff. They have rules you have to abide by to participate. Mr. Daryl Thomas was very thorough and kind about explaining to me the rules. Most of the staff was friendly. I definitely will be back. Thank you Greenspoint. 💕

Beware of Unfair Charges!!
I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this establishment involving unexpected charges. On several occasions, I've noticed that my total was rounded up without my consent. For example, a bill of $7.18 was rounded up to $8.00.
While this may seem insignificant, it's important to be vigilant, especially if you're not fluent in English or if you're a young person who may not always double-check receipts.
I urge all customers to carefully review their receipts before leaving to ensure accurate charges.

First of all I just want to let you all know that I’ve been to many Goodwill’s in many different cities in many towns and this is by far was the best one I’ve been too I found a Lotta good stuff a lot a good books and a lot of knickknacks that were amazing and very cheap and I also want to think the manager Darrell Thomas such an amazing person really helped us out me and my family when we were there that man Deserves a raise because I saw him work hard and very organized.

I've been to so many Goodwill stores I've lost count but this is the only one that I felt compelled to leave feedback for thanks to the help and organization of their Manager, Monique Robertson. She greets everyone and makes sure the store runs well. They have bins moved out every 20-30 minutes and you can tell she loves her job. She's a gem, and her employees have good attitudes as well and I think it's a reflection of how she runs thing there.
