You need to improve your phone network. Literally useless phone number.. I need to speak to an actual person. Not a machine. Your phone network is useless when I want to know if this location is donation only or store as well. Can figure that out if no one answers the phone. You big enough to have local stores answer there damn phone

I donated 2 full size bed frames today! The Donation Station on Stella Links does not accept large items. However, the associates were very helpful in directing me to the nearest store to drop off the beds. On arrival at the Store Located on Hillcroft @ Breaswood, I couldn't have been more pleased with the assistance I got from the employees with unloading my vehicle,. Thanks guys, I appreciated the help!

Please remove the picture that shows inside is an store. Is just the donation center. No longer a walk in store. And because of this picture I used Uber just to find out is only a donation center.
