I love this goodwill honestly yes it might be a little hostile but that’s because there’s a lot of good finds to buy in this goodwill and everyone is rushing over to get them! Don’t miss out on this goodwill I found a coach bag that resales for 250 and I found Brighton sandals and many other things! Many brands like Nike, champion, coach, brandy melville and more!

I went to use bathroom, urinal was on wall behind door, so I locked door so everyone could not see me using restroom when door was opened. A older black male employee, banged loudly on the door saying whoever is in here better unlock this door right now, I opened the door and he said, this is not your house sir, you can’t come in here and do as you please. Then he walked away checking bathroom door every so often.

Its pretty much pointless to go here; not only is it an extremely hostile environment, but everything is already picked clean by the time you walk through the door, be it 8:30am to 7:30pm, courtesy of the rather sizable armada of people that management allows to literally set up camp in the back of the store from opening until closing. Management does nothing about it because they presumably buy hundreds of dollars in weight, so they dont care that beyond those 20 or so people that the store is completely unusable.

Its sort of what you'd expect from a goodwill outlet. I had never been to one an wanted to try it out. it was an experience and i probably wont go back

Love the outlet idea but I was not impressed with the items. The store has several bins to sort through but it’s mostly unorganized junk. Majority of the electronics were old and or broken. Most of the clothes were stained or filthy, not worth reselling even at a discount. There are customer hoarding shopping baskets and I wouldn’t be surprised if the scale is off. I would not recommend this location.

This is the worst location in Houston. The items in the bins should never have even be donated , all garbage. Also corrupt. They have a young lady in front of store by carts live selling her OWN PURSES she brings inside!!! Mostly fake luxury purses such as Prada , LV . She has 2-3 carts filled . We saw her bring them in and was shocked a goodwill or any store would allow someone to bring in THEIR OWN merchandise to sale . I assume management gets a cut to allow this. Would not waste your time .

There return policy is trash! Make sure to check your electronics before leaving the store. They won't allow you to exchange it for something different that actually works.

They have bins that aren't even sorted. What happened to organization, caring about your customer.

The Goodwill Bins are the only stores to shop. Their retail locations are out of control on the pricing.

BINS OF TRASH. They turned a good store into a bin store where people have to wait to fight over trash. I'm assuming they take the good stuff and send to the other stores and send the broken trash to the bin stores. Shame on you Good will just lazy.
