Largely empty shelves that don’t change much throughout the week.
Especially since they’ve switched to selling everything they think has value online…

I went to buy clothes, exactly 29 pieces, they charged me for 31 pieces, about $15 more that weren't mine, which made me angry with the cashier. 😡

Stopped by this evening 3/26/25 and first thing I noticed is how dark the parking lot is.
More lighting outside. Inside was a bit disorganized. A forbid empty shelfs. Never seen a good will in this condition.

Crystal 1938 (her number on the receipt) the manager at the store isn't up to par. There was a long line of 6 customers. The first of the customers was an elderly lady belittling the cashier, no response from Crystal 1938 when she arrived up front. Another customer a middle age gentleman walks to the front of the line with the ruse of checking an electrical item. The gentleman proceeded to skip all 5 customers in line. The manager Crystal 1938 allowed the gentleman to do this despite complaints he was skipping. Then she had the audacity to ask how the shopping experience was. It wasn't great Crystal 1938, grow a backbone and put people in their place.

We moved from NC and have a storage full of items that no longer fit in our house. I was looking for a donation center and read on another Goodwill review that this location accepts large items. I walked in and asked, and they were extremely accommodating with accepting and assisting us in unloading. They have a good crew of employees working hard.

I am a Goodwill regular. Even though I go all over, THIS one ALWAYS has the best customer service AND merchandise!

It is unconscionable that they charge as much as they do for items that they receive for FREE. They pay their workers disability wages, minimum wage, and part-time hours. Their “charity” is a for-profit business— a business that has been raising their prices consistently for about a year. I recently walked in to this store and found an Astros jersey, one of the jerseys given away for free at the gate, and was told that the shirt would cost $6.99. $7 for a shirt that was free?? $7 for a shirt that was free that you got for free??? I recently donated to goodwill and that will be the last time. I will never give to goodwill again and neither should anyone else. We have all be deceived by false marketing and propaganda. Goodwill is an evil business run by deceitful and wretched people. Go donate to the Women’s Shelter and shop there. At least that place actually does good work and is for a good cause.

One of my favorite experiences at the store Goodwill was when I found a vintage leather jacket that was in perfect condition. I had been searching for a jacket like this for months, and couldn't believe my luck when I stumbled upon it in the men's section. Not only was it exactly what I was looking for, but it was also priced at a fraction of what I would have paid at a regular retail store.
As I tried on the jacket and admired myself in the mirror, I couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that not only did I find a great deal, but I was also supporting a good cause by shopping at Goodwill. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable.
I left the store that day feeling like I had hit the jackpot, and couldn't wait to show off my new find to all my friends. Goodwill truly is a treasure trove for men's fashion, and I will definitely be back to see again.

Good selection, love the boutique section curated by top brands. Only complaints are that the clothes weren't organized by size well & the dressing room doors are unusually short. Anyone over 6ft or so can easily see above the door while walking by. Super creepy.

I love goodwill, this is my go to location. I just want to point out that recently they’ve been jacking up prices, some prices are literally more than if bought new, other stuff like $1-2 difference than if bought new. $9.99 for used Nike and Adidas shorts when you can find them new at Marshall’s or Ross for this price.A reconsideration and maybe cross checking prices would be a good idea. With that being said, I’ll still shop at goodwill, I’m just being very very selective with what I buy, unlike a few months ago when I would grab whatever.
