My experience here was great! I don’t have anything negative to say about them. Carolyn really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to help them. I would purchase another vehicle from them again.

The salesperson did not want to help us. He did not speak to us in a professional manner he would not get up to help us. He did not want to show us any cars. Then I give name or want to shake her hand.

Yes, this place does give you nice cars when nobody else will allow you to purchase one, but what's the deal on giving people a chance when you handing out trash cars?! I have been to this place several times and yeah they are nice to you because they want you to buy their trash! Two cars from these people, the 1st had a got damn oil leak and I had to sell it and the other one well it's trash too and about to break down as we speak. So far, there's some s*** squeaking under the wheels, like the barrings are about to go out, the power steering is already f****** up in 2 weeks, the tires are s**** the ac barely works, and my alarm doesn't f****** work. What a rip off they have been and will always be. They nice to you, give you want you want and tell you they can't fix s*** because it's a As Is piece of Lemon. Why aren't their Lemon Laws for these, "As Is," dealerships? They just give you raggedy s*** to keep the governments pockets full and theirs too by giving you s*** knowing you need it and you gone do what it takes to keep it and then when it breaks down you have to go get it fixed by one of these government ran facilities and put more money in their pockets and less in yours. The whole system is b******* if you ask me and we as consumers have rights. It's sad we so scared of these people we can't speak up for our rights and petition things such as people selling lemons and getting away with it or people jacking prices up on lemons like if the car is $13,000 and they put $10,000 more on it because they can, this is b******** If you gone sell a f****** lemon to somebody, put a decent cash price on it and sell that mutha instead of putting $6-10,000 more on the piece of s*** and it will break down in a week or two. Like someone said rip.off a** car dealer and the bougie a** manager sitting on her high horse giving people Lemons and laughing about it. It won't be funny when your dealership loses it's credibility because of the b******* you sell people. Like another dealer on North Shephard lost their business getting over on people. Matters not how long they been in business, you are never that good where your raggedy business won't fail!

It was ok...but would "I" recommend it to a friend or family member...nope....the GMC that.I came to get...which carolyn bragged about having done so much to it....the ac didn't work...no car antenna only a wire hanging from where the antenna should've been...also....she is a person I never actually got to see. I ended up purchasing a 04 suburban...I immediately had to replace the brake master cylinder due to excessive leakage as well as drain the radiator...it was full of water....so BUYER BEWARE....also the power steering was very low. Take ur mechanic with you...if you choose to purchase any of their vehicles.

I have bought several vehicles from here. Miss Carolyn is very easy to work with. I’ve never had a problem with her or any of her staff. There was a few times when I was going to be late making my payment and when I would I would call her to tell her that I was going to be late, she was very understanding and accommodating. I wouldn’t think twice about buying another car from her if I needed to. It’s been almost a year since I paid off my last purchase, and still no issues or check engine light.

Horrible place to buy a car from. I tried to get a car from here and I ended up getting scammed. Luckily I realized the car had problems before pulling off of the lot and continuing with the paper work. I feel bad for everyone who went home with their cars & had all these issues smh. The representatives are liars & the cars are not good cars. Please be aware.

If you ask me if you should get a car from there currently I would say NO! You would be better to Uber I found them initially in 2019 when I financed a Audi A4 with them in July I was flood and 6 months pregnant but I had insurance so it covered the car but I still owed 500. So being they were understanding when I was ready to purchase another car I returned to the and asked to add the balance to the new vehicle. I won't disclose how I got into this Acura but the second day the bumper fell off. I brought it back they "repaired it " It flapped in the window so I paid a outside party to fix it. A week later it over heated in my moms driveway they came and fixed it. Slowly my air was going out then it finally went out but this was about a month and a week later I didn't notify them I just took it as my own issue. It was the middle of summer in Texas and I have a toddler and new born so I had to get it repaired I was ok with fixit it UNTIL the mechanic had my car for a few days instead of the one day he couldn't figure out why THEN HE FOUND IT A TRACKER THAT WAS SLICED INTO MY COMPRESSOR this is why I needed to pay 1300 for a new a/c because it was a backyard mechanic job They told me my mechanic was a liar I asked for some type compensation because this was a direct affect of something they did nothing ever happen I was going to sue but let it go Then they tried to repo my car for 225 dollars when my payments were 175 fast doers it's been COVID so payments are Inconsistent I can honest say because I'm a laid off airport worker which they know so My new job paid me yesterday this morning I woke up to the repo man but I have the funds to pay BUT IM BLOCKED I HAVE MY NEW BOSS ATTEMPT TO CALL I HAVEY FRIEND ATTEMPT TO CALL NO ONE ANSWERS TO TAKE A PAYMENT AND NOW I HAVE TEXTED TO PAY THEY ARE READING MY MESSAGES AND NOT RESPONDING ALSO THE CAR IS ALMOST PAID OFF SO At this time make your own decisions if they correct the wrongs maybe so would feel different but I also know others with issues and I just say no.

I must say that not every place is for every one. I had a rocky situation at first. But that was because I was in a hole. And the owner Mrs.Caroyln had to do what any business owner should do. I bought a beautiful Gmc Acadia. that i am almost done paying. But in the process of it all thru my personal ups and down financial problems. Mrs. Carolyn has been an angel. Very understanding when you communicate with her. If you feel like you can get away with non sense. Then don't be surprise. when she does what she needs to do. As a business owner. I adore her and will be going back very soon to purchase another car. My fiance is looking. Thank you Mrs.Carolyn you are awesome.

I’m going to assume this car lot picks and chooses what cars they want to finance. We found a vehicle online listed for $10k once we arrived the rep didn’t care to much that we where there, he walked out and said “that’s only a cash car for $12k” I’m glad that’s how the visit turned out, who knows maybe that car is all messed up and that’s why they only want cash.

(MUST READ FIRST) If it was possible to give less than a 1 star I would. This dealership is not a good place to purchase a vehicle from. The owner Carolyn Brown is a OLD RACIST WHITE WOMAN. On March 6, 2020 I came here & offer $4,000 cash for a 2008 Dodge Ram that had the price of $7,000 on the windshield. She didn't want to sale it for cash at $4,000 so I put that as my down payment to shorten the amount of time I would have to pay the truck. Less than 12 hours later the truck breaks down on the freeway. The next day on March 7, 2020 I asked for my money back since the truck didn't last 12 hours before breaking down. So I paid them another $2,200 to fix the problem. Unfortunately I lost my fulltime job due to this WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC (Coronavirus). Lucky I found a part time job in time to help pay the truck note. I come make a payment sometime at the end of May 2020 & the money is taken out of my account on that day. Somehow someway in June 2020 a payment is taken out from the dealership without my authorization. Carolyn Brown claims that there is not payment made but on my bank statement it clearly shows that it is. So I missed a couple of payments due to paying bills & getting stuff fixed on the truck that needed fixing. So on July 10, 2020 I called to let them know I will be coming by to make a payment after my unemployment check comes in sometime within the week. Carolyn Brown say ok I understand, come in when you can Daniel will be there. So on July 13, 2020 a little bit after 12am I arrived at home from work. 5 mins later I hear my truck cranking up & I happen to look out the window & somebody was turning on the lights & closing the door. I come outside & the truck is pulling off without a word being said. So I call the police & report it stolen. The next morning I call the dealership & inform them about it & they tell me no it wasn't stolen it was repossessed. I ask why wasn't I informed about this repossession coming up, since I did just inform you about me coming to make a payment this week. She plays the im a "CAR DEALER" role & hangs up in my face. I try to call back but is sent straight to voice-mail. I call from another phone & get an answer then that number gets blocked also. I offer to come and pay the past due amount cuz i need the transportation to go to work. She doesn't want to accept the past due amount but tells me I can pay the full amount to get the truck back. So today July 21, 2020 I come to the dealership to get my stuff out of & off the back of the truck. Carolyn Brown tells me I have to make an appointment for that. So I ask why do I have to make an appointment to get my stuff, but I wasn't notified about you coming to repossess the truck? Carolyn Brown's reply to me was "Awww Get Over It." Now like I said earlier this woman CAROLYN BROWN IS RACIST, also unprofessional, not good with customer care, she is never her at the dealership ship when you come to make a payment but if your coming to purchase a vehicle she is here ready to take your money. I advice anybody that is looking to purchase a vehicle here to TURN AROUND & RUN AWAY
