write so that others do not go through the pain I went through, I made the call standing next to the bridge next to the junk, you really have to park in front of the junk in that space, well they asked me if I was carrying passenger or animals and I was carrying my wife I said so, I never lie, it is something that makes me well even in difficult moments I feel good to tell the truth, they told me I should take my passenger to a store, I thought it was right to drop her off at the gas station on the corner, I did it fast and called back for the check in, they sent me in, I had not gotten to the door and a girl came out of a car with a broken signature and made me turn around, she told me a few things among them I understood that I should make the call again from there, well I will see in U, I called back and they told me to get out of that area, well I walked to see the guard. I was greeted by a very angry African American lady, I felt like she had been robbed in her house and the thief was me, she told me where is your passenger, very upset, I told her at the gas station on the corner, I will check your truck in detail if you hid it you can not load, I said ok, no problem, I returned to my truck I returned to make the call from the right place and returned to the entrance, the lady got into my truck and checked it, finally she realized that I told her the truth from the beginning.I write so that others do not go through the pain I went through, I made the call standing next to the bridge next to the junk, you really have to park in front of the junk in that space, well they asked me if I was carrying passenger or animals and I was carrying my wife I said so, I never lie, it is something that makes me well even in difficult moments I feel good to tell the truth, they told me I should take my passenger to a store, I thought it was right to drop her off at the gas station on the corner, I did it fast and called back for the check in, they sent me in, I had not gotten to the door and a girl came out of a car with a broken signature and made me turn around, she told me a few things among them I understood that I should make the call again from there, well I will see in U, I called back and they told me to get out of that area, well I walked to see the guard. Lots of misinformation below from others. Don’t go directly to the guard shack. Go to the dirt area, across the highway and call shipping (number is below) and give them your pickup info (8 digit number, starting with 447). They will tell you when to go to the guard shack.
PPE is hard hat, safety glasses, closed toe shoes, long pants, and a sleeved shirt. Does NOT have to be long sleeve. Safety vest is recommended. This isn’t a warehouse, it’s a chemical plant, that’s why the extra rules. No passengers or pets.
Guard was direct and polite to me. Give them your drivers license and last 4 of pickup number. They will tell you where to go and what to do. They will give you a badge and a piece of paper. Scan the badge to the left, as soon as they give it to you, then clip it on.
Follow guard’s directions to get to assigned dock. After opening doors and bumping dock, chock a wheel on both sides of trailer and disconnect red airline. Take key and that piece of paper the guard gave you to shipping. There’s a little box on the outside of the shipping office to hang your keys on.
After checking in, there’s a boring little area inside (with restrooms across the hall and a coke machine), but go outside and there’s a nice sized covered area to relax at. They have an industrial size fan and there’s a smoking area also.
Easy process, just a little more involved due to being a chemical plant. Had no issues. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Whole process took less than 2 hours.

Worst place i have ever gone to. The stupidest check-in i have ever seen, and when they load/unload you, you need to give them your keys and can't stay in the truck. And the waiting area has one giant fan blowing hot air. Never again.

Over not bad experience delivering here. 3 stars for no passengers and no pets allowed and for not having phone number to check in outside on the sign because that’s what you need to do first and wait on dirt lot on the other side of the overpass. They will make you back up on the street and go there. Please call the number first drivers!

The booth guard is very friendly, she speaks a little Spanish but you don't really interact much with her, when you arrive at the booth they give you a phone number so you can call and give them your PU number and cash register number, they will notify you if you enter or leave. You wait outside the plant, only the operator must go, they do not accept equipment, the booth provides you with a helmet and glasses, you have to wear pants and tennis shoes or shoes, no shorts, no flip flops, you do not need anything else, when you arrive at the booth you are already They tell you that you can enter, they register you in surveillance and they send you someone on a bicycle to take you to the ramp where they are going to load you, you go up the ramps, you turn off the truck, you remove the air hose, you put the wedges on the tires and you take the keys, you go to the operators room there you register again (they speak Spanish) and they tell you to go to the operators waiting area, when they finish loading you they talk to you through a loudspeaker, you go and collect papers and stamp that your You put it on yourself and leave the way you came in, the charging process is not complicated at all, it takes around an hour to two hours!

Been here a few times has always went pretty well usually about 1 1/2 hours start to finish and everyone is always really nice and helpful only reason not 5 stars is you have to sit inside while being loaded and it's really tight to get to the dock but doable slide axles up

I wish that they would give me the directions for when I come out because I didn't remember everything when I came here for the first time in November 2023. The same person who check me in didn't say what to do when you get ready to leave. I'm going to make a note to stop at the stop sign when I get ready to leave, and come out the same way that I had came in.
